I have my phone set to put apps and pics to the slot card and try to reduce bloatware on the phone itself. The cloud only gets backup stuff.

BTW Dave - you can reset passwords... just sayin.

The S8 plus has 64GB and of course what ever cards I want to PoP in it. Not sure what Dave has in his fruit phone.

I always liked having the flexibility to swap batteries and add cards. Lost the battery swap option but still love having the slot capability.

The back popped off the S5 to allow battery swap and SD cards. On the S8 no more open back. The slot is standard issue for such things methinks. Use the little tool to pop the tray.

These days the cards are pretty reasonable to purchase and cross over to my Fujifilm camera. So memory is Good!

Thanks Steve. My iPhony doesn't have that however I recently upgraded to 64GB.
