Great idea Tim !!!
To make this with plenty of options and closer locations to many, maybe try a "TO & FROM" moving GC...
A few brave leaders, post their route & if some can join at certain points, declare Curiosities along both ways... Very complex for locations, dates etc, but it is a mutant ponder...
This also has my limited brain inspired !!! Stay tuned for another mutant idea from Queen Ann & I... Maybe something else to ponder...
Thanks Tim..

Carl the tour might pay for itself depending on how well the Scaryokie goes at the Mooning!
Headline,
Hear Willie Nelson, Johnny Cash, ZZ-Top, AC/DC, Rush and More.......
as sung by the RVMutants.
Thanks Jeff that should keep us busy. Any suggestions on a RV park suitable for a GC?

Everything is looking Great for Tomorrow, Tue, Maybe after lunch?
We dont want to interrupt your fishing or other things...

No need to bring anything, not even a chair! Call if you can, we do rounds at 8am and 3pm. The fishing works around those times. Actually I've done zero fishing so far, had to do a little work on boat but should be ready by time grands get here.

R U an RV Mutant too?
We criscrissed Michigan
Michigan City, IN ....... Blue Chip Casino, free no hu
SouthHaven, MI...... Van Buren St Park on Lake Michigan
holland, MI...... Holland State Park , E only
Bay City, MI ..... Finn Road Campground, on Lake Huron FHU
MACKINAW city, MI..... Mackinaw Mill Creek Camping Fhu
St Ignace, MI... Straits State Park e only, but good view on bridgr
Grand Marais, MI...... Woodland Park, on Lake Superior, e/w
Drove acriss the UP
Duluth, MN.... welcome center
We were there in September of 2016, thought it would be a good time for getting campsites, but it was still VERY crowded... and while I try to get waterfront sites, those were next to impossible to get... even during the week.... there were a lot of areas we just never could get a site....
I used the Allstays app for general search....
Mel and Kate stayed at a few, one in the UP, closer to the Painted Rocks, but they had to first come, no reservations at all....
After we left that area, we went over to the Mississippi River headwaters, then down, met up with Ken (dieseltech) and then traveled thru Wisconsin....

Good morning Muteys! We had a busy weekend. Yesterday was DD's birthday -- that made me remember how old I am. She invited friends over so the place needed a bit of tidying.
I finally got to see the resident bald eagles. They and a pair of crows were screaming at each other from adjacent branches of the tree we're parked under. Funny 30 minutes with no clear winner. I'll try to get a video to share.
It's another georgeous day here in the PNW. Today I begin turning a spot behind the house into a more permanent parking spot for us. The slope is a huge challenge.
It looks like it is 16" higher left to right and about 14" front to back. I'm hoping to lower the high side and use that dirt to raise the low side. Retaining wall blocks, gravel and cement pavers will be liberally used. My back hurts just thinking about it.
Behind the RV I'll build a 12'x12' cage for Sena with a tunnel that will attach to a window on the RV so she can go in or out at will. It might be wise to build her space first (without the tunnel) so I can keep her outta my hair. She LOVES to help lose my tools.
Have a delightful day everyone!

My 10 yo gs and I share a birthday today. For about 2 years, I had him convinced that we were the same age. He was probably 3 and 4 at the time.
Speaking of my 10 yo gs. His team won a tournament this weekend. They went 4 and 1 with the loss being credited to an umpire that couldn't be convinced that the hour and 45 minute time limit had expired 4 minutes previous to the start of the "last inning".
Austin's game stats are impressive. 4 inning complete shutout win. 2 innings of shutout pitching in another game. 3 triples, 2 doubles, 3 base hits, 2 walks, and walked intentionally 2 times in the championship game. He's a lefty and knows more baseball basics than most 12 years olds. He's all of 4' 8 but he should grow to 6'1" or so (14 yo brother is 6'1" and is an all star catcher on his team). 11 yo brother is the batting leader on his team and is a catcher. His 7 yo brother is busy being 7 and talks NONSTOP. 17 yo sister is artsy fartsy and is in a play next week. She's a "published illustrator" for a children's book. {Please someone pick up my shirt buttons Dang it, I'm missing one}
Oh BTW, after 25 or so years I'm no longer a person who weighs over 300 pounds. Top end was 347 two years ago and now I weigh 299.8 pounds.
