Dave and Nola -- 49 years and still in love! Congratulations and bishes (that's best wishes, Mutant style) for many, many more years together. You need a few more years to make the record book. Check out these couples --

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List...gest_marriages

Hint -- it will make a bit more sense if your check the footnotes.

But that doesn't stop the pain. Thanks for the kind words.
Dwayne,

TMJ problems often require treatment by a dentist trained to balance out your bite. It doesn't usually get better on it's own, but there are some exercises that can help with your pain.

9 Best TMJ Exercises for Pain Relief

If there is one position that is more comfortable, wearing a mouth guard, especially while you sleep, to keep your jaw in that position might help. You can buy a simple "boil and bite" mouth guard in the sports department in Walmart and many drugstores. You place them in boiling water until they soften, then a quick rinse with cool water and then bite down into the plastic until you get the right position. They are cheap so buy several so you can make a mistake or 2.

TMJ problems should be taken seriously, just like your back and neck problems. OHMMMMS my friend!

Well, first, welcome to the mutant world.

Now I have a question. If one were to visit you in your RV and have to use the potty, who goes outside, the potty goer or the other occupants of the RV?

I forgot. You might try using 2 together and rolled into a U shaped hot dog before closing down. The idea is to give your jaw muscles some rest.

Closing too far is hard on the TMJ. That's why I had to have all my teeth capped. I had ground them down grinding my teeth from back pain.
