Medicine Bow NF on a sunny day is very pleasant and a grand attitude correction time.
In 1955 a DC4 passenger plane crashed into this mountain, about 75 feet below the peak. Poor visibility and a bit of unkind luck killed 56.

We just got back to the cg from Telluride, CO. 52 degrees and raining. That 10 days of rain out of 10 days of visiting in Colorado.

No campfire ban. However, little dry wood available at the cg. BTW, it's free.

iPhone users!

For those that are challenged with orientation issues when posting your pictures, here's a tip I read on another thread and another person tried it and it worked for them. Just sharing...

Quote:
If you're using an iPhone, rotate the picture once and then rotate it back, and then post. Weird but it works.
The person that tried it previously posted a picture that was sideways and then it was correctly oriented after the above.

I tend to always hold the phone such that my pics come out right, but that's just me...

Between rain storms, Mary Ann and I had a chance to enjoy a beautiful and mesmerizing campfire on the riverbank at Priest Gulch CG. Wood is free.

My issue is taking a pic using the app. Uploads are generally correct. Hit the camera button in the App and bam... sideways.

Milestone reached! In spite of Queen Ann's incompetent caregiver, she announced that her blood pressure check this morning showed NO AFIB... We hope this holds & she is on the mend!!

Many thanks for all the best wishes..
