I really like it when people do that. I do the same if the person in front of me doesn't have a card. It's a benefit to you and them, especially with the cards that discount gas and such. I also will get a card at any food store I frequent so I'm more prepared when in that area again.

It's also funny how mobile people are and how often you run into someone that has a connection back to your home town or state. Maybe I find it a lot because a lot of folk go to Florida from the north.

Hey Steve, Jan and I (RVM28) are in Hee Hee Illahee campground, Salem, OR. Be here for 5 days, then head down to Idanha.

We get there the 10th.

See you soon, give big hugs to all you see.

Tom

Right back at you guys. We leave Moab Tuesday morning and then do a leisurely drive to Reno and then up US 395 thru eastern California then into Oregon.

He Tom... Hi Jan!
We're about 11 miles from you at Silver Spur in Silverton. Not sure what our day holds but know we will be in Salem tomorrow for blood work and on of the Quest locations.

I have a phone number on you and will test it when we get it together. We're here until Wed morning when we head to Idanah. Don't forget to fill up at Flying J off 5 near you. We will do that Wed morning!

And, where was Mary when you got the address and phone # of that sister??

BTW, the trees not only smell, but make you feel YOUNGER knowing their age.

OK, now for the news from home... ... ... ...

Well that it, missing you --- Especially Mary...

Earlene, Dave, Dwayne, Serena (Shara's baby sister), Shara, and good lookin' me. Picture is rather funny if you expand it. I'll try and do better next time.

And today's vittles.
Well, I expanded your panoramic picture and, funny, there was indeed one more person to those you listed - Jeannie.

Annie picked blackberries at the bridge. They're everywhere.

Things of the sightseeing nature are winding down here in Moab. Here are some pictures of Dead Horse State Park. Beautiful. It is the sight of the filming of the convertible flying off the cliff into "The Grand Canyon" in the film "Thelma and Louise". Here's some pics.

I've got to tell you that the northern section of Canyonlands NP is far in a way more scenic than the southern section of the np. More accessible to common tourist types rather than catering to the hike, climb, and pack group of tourists. Let me show you a few pics.
