Now Richard you did real well up till we came across the ladies in the bikinis. Then it was like you forgot your numbers past TWO! Maybe next spring we can cook some catfish and try another lesson!

Raining here this morning, planning a jet boat trip up the Rogue River. I ask yesterday when I bought the tickets if they would let me drive. Lady said if I would be real nice and behave myself she thinks the captain would at least bring me back!

We landed in Klamath Falls yesterday. A sister moved here just a few months ago!
So, laughter and too much talking will be a priority, as she and I must recover from a 3-year separation.
See all y'all's on the 13th.

I, like Barb, have a tow bar lock with the round key. (It came that way) Last time I tried taking it off it was not going to happen. I'll get a grinder one day and get it off. Don't know what I'll replace it with. Good thing is, no one is going to steal it.

Might I suggest you contact Earline on how she handles the problem. Wayne's been blowing smoke for many years!

Speaking of smoke, saw several shops today selling, Weed, Canabus, Pot and Marijuana! I'm guessing it's legal here?

No rain here since early June. No wonder it's fire season. The sky is still hazy from smoke, but there is rain in the Sunday forecast. I'm hoping that helps tame the fires and clear away the smoke.

The girls and I head south tomorrow.
Okay, but are you taking Lilly and Sena?

Man we've not seen any smoke, but then again we've been in a fog for days! And no, we didn't visit the weed shop!

I believe that you personally have been in a fog for many years.

I just use clip pins but if we stop for any reason i do a walk-around and make sure everything is in place. Strange thing, back in the days we put locks on our lockers. Ones that would close without a key. Many a time someone would lock their keys in the locker. Closest thing we had was a shoe and a 50 cent piece. Put the 50 cent piece against the lock and hit it with the heel of the shoe and the lock popped open. So, I think you need one of those case hardened locks to really protect it from being stolen. Oh, yeah! Those also can be popped open.

We all think of security but security is only to protect one self from honest people.

I don't do it to prevent theft, I do it for idiots that play games. Like the ONE time I took my Harley w/o covering it all up with the tarp some idiot decided it'd be funny and snapped my antenna off. Now I take it off prior to leaving plus it's all covered up with the tarp now.

We will head that way on Tues the 15th. The smoke you guys are seeing is probably from the BC wildfires. It is really bad here where we are. It is supposed to settle down this weekend. Change of weather hopefully will blow it back the other way.

Actually there is fire around here too. Today you could smell smoke. But... we're inside now listening to the rain and thunder. Hopefully this will help keep the fire down. And it should clear the air. Depending on how temps go we cold see it cool down and clear off. There are showers and thunderstorms possible the next couple afternoons and evenings.

So what has been your experience with the "partly cloudy" forecasts out there? Is there enough clear sky to see the eclipse???

Well... as the rain passed, the sky cleared and it's partly cloudy. And since it was raining the clouds are moving on. I went to the area here in the park where we will set up for viewing when I was here 2 weeks ago. It was a good location for 10 am sun gazing. Will check it out in the next day or two. I think we do have a good spot... But can't predict the cloud levels. Folks on the coast were afraid they would have coastal haze/fog. So it's a crap shoot. Mother nature will probably want to show off.... on such a rare mooning.
