Hoping the Door County Wisconsin thing next year will bear fruit.
If so, it will be my RVM coming out party, so to speak.
And Thanks for saying "Hi"

Plan it and they will come.
Some may show up even if not planned.
Note, items mentioned on this tread vaguely resembles information.
Drop in more often.

Today has been a great day. I regress to last Sat when my dad received a letter from the code enforcement officer saying that the rigs on his property had to be removed by today. One of the cars belongs to my nephew and the other (a dump truck) was brought by my brother a couple months before he died in an accident. Dad & I have been trying to get my nephew to remove the vehicles from the property for 4 yrs without any luck. So the person that complained did us a great favor. So my nephew was forced to move them. The officer told me that if they weren't removed by today to call in and report them as abandoned vehicles. The officer came and put a sticker on the rig, and within a half hr, the vehicles were gone. YEAH! One less thing to have to take care of down the road. So I was able to pack up and head home for the weekend. This is only the second night I've been able to spend at my home since the Mooning.

Oh yes, that's a very good day, and you get a nice break time with Dale. Geocache, maybe?

Deb... so now they are not your monkey, not your circus anymore! Yeah! I hope all is well with everyone up there... I see Montana got snow and rain the other day... I hop[e it was in the areas yet unburnt or on the areas currently burning. those fires really need to get contained! Apparently more historical structures have burned in Glacier and elsewhere... so sad to lose history reminders.

Congrats! Not clear if your nephew took them away or gob't. Guess your nephew was close as that's where it got confusing, 1/2 hour later they were gone
I had my favorite p'up Joe (it was an Isuzu if you can remember the commercials) sitting out front rotting away for YEARS. It kept sinking deeper and deeper into the ground, started growing grass on the carpet inside (lots of rust in the front cab). Had lots of trees at the time in the front yard so it wasn't so much an eyesore for passer by's, but just wasn't good. Then one day before the gob't could say anything, some stranger says he'll cart it away for free. I said huh? Yup, he came by the next day or two and hauled it up onto his trailer (after much tribulation unsticking it from the ground) and off he went. That was a good day too!

Well we are now at the KOA in Beaver Utah. We extended a night in North Salt Lake City. I spent most of the time chilling and catching up on sleep. I was just tuckered out. We never left the RV Park. But the final nail in the coffin was rain. It was raining sharks yesterday morning and night etc. I just wasn't in the mood to load up and drive in the rain.
It's beautiful right now... 72 degrees and light breeze. I'll take it!!
