My retirement / going FT GC was the last time we were in Tx. But there have been many, many, mini-Cs in the Lone Star State!

Kate and I are celebrating the birth of our 3rd grandchild! My younger son had his first child yesterday. Grace Melanie Barbara. Bless her. 3 names! They’re calling her Grace. And she could use some now. Over 5 weeks premature. 4 lbs.14 ozs, 17” Long. Doing pretty well, though! She is spunky! My son is smitten, of course! I will go up when she is out of NICU (they think 2 weeks) and help out for several days. I know how to cook, clean, do laundry and change diapers! Yay! My daughter-in-love is a sweetheart!
Kate’s younger son has already given us 2 precious grands! They’re in Austin. This new one is in Michigan. So, Michigan, here we com in September!

Gee, I'm honored that your GD was named after you and me both. I sure would like to see her picture. Congrats Granny! Almost 5 pounds is a great start for a preemie!

And I have pictures to prove 4 of those. Dave has the other. I wouldn't forget that if I were you. We're not above using them...
