This is the cut that drifts closed. The Jeep can cut over the field, the RV wouldn't. Will have to get Leroy up with his blade.

Good ol' Leroy. Glad he is around. Wouldn't want you to strain to much.

Florida is in our future
T minus 21 hours. . . . . . for the great escape of the bone chilling temps and the dusting of snow. We headed for Georgia tomorrow to meet up with the motor home in Perry, GA and then on to our campground for arrival on Friday.
We enjoyed a joyful Christmas with our family. Hope all of you enjoyed Christmas as much as we did.

Actually, it wasn't as bad as I thought. Expecting a UPS delivery and knowing how wary their driver is of getting stuck on our lane, I snuck around the drift this morning to stick a note on our mailbox 1/2 mile away, asking him to give me a call so I can come down to him. Shortly after, I heard this roar and spotted him departing down the lane. He had charged through the drift, dropped off the package and left quick as a flash.

Isn’t it nice that Nola lets you sit in one of her new chairs? She’s so sweet!
