Hmmmmmm Nola has good taste... like those chairs.
Ok mice update, still not for sure extent of damage, but Larry unhooked the solar panel, and now the RV is charging at least.....
There is a new closed storage unit that will have an enclosed storage unit opening in a few days... we will be moving it in, has 220 and 110....
But for now, will begin the upstairs guest bath remodel...... and guess what.. my part will be to put down a new floor..... that will keep us occupied until after Larrys teeth procedures...
MARTY - any info? Still sending ohms

Update... So Son #2's GF was able to connect with him via FB last night. The stinker still hasn't called me... I hate to be that helicopter mom, but I know he has been depressed and we are doing our Family Christmas Sunday, and I want to encourage him to come... I don't know what else has been going on for him, I know they broke up and got back together but it is strained....He was doing excellent in his schooling( wants to be a geological Engineer) but he also is a hippie and likes his entertainment through making music and other means... and I know some of his entertainment can throw off his brain chemicals bad enough he can get quite looney sometimes....but I don't really know what he is up to right now, and his GF thinks he is not doing well...and my mom intuition was bugging me... so I'm hoping he will get a wiggle on and contact me... he might be out of phone minutes... making things a bit more difficult.

Dang, I didn't see the upstairs when I visited Larry and the New Coach at the LRGC! So how's it handle the low underpasses?
Hope for the best outcome on the mice.

Fireplace having hard time keeping up with the cold today..it's 13 degrees with a real feel of -4... so glad I went ahead and bought a pricey pair of flannel lined work pants... I get to go early tomorrow AM ( 2 degrees at most) and feed horses and let dogs out...
Had thought I could wear an old extra pair of down filled ski pants, and I might even yet if the flannel lined jeans don't cut it tomorrow! Feeling sorry for the horses... couple days ago, they had snow piled on their backs and their body heat made it turn into ice on their hair... so I couldn't brush it off without pulling out much needed insulating hair.

Kids keep you young and make you old - all at the same time. Marty I hope son #2 reaches out soon.
Have you considered that he may have SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder). I have it and it makes me want to hibernate when the sun isn’t shinning enough hours everyday. The winter solstice is always welcome as I know the days will be getting longer and brighter. Being in southern AZ really helps me. More Ohmms headed that way.

Happy Dance here... he called me! Said he'd be here Sunday! Thanks all... He sounded good, but he's good at putting a happy face on dire situations. So, I'll know more when I actually see him. At least we know he is alive and kicking! Always a worry, esp this time of year when so many young folks take their own lives. I don't think he'd do that, he feels like he has a mission to make music and share it with the world... but one never really knows what is going on in the dark places of the soul.

If your referring to the Great Mutant Christmas Gift, you haven't missed it. I did post on the thread that it might come post Christmas. Waiting on the half off sales and still gaithering funds. But it will be HUGE!!
