Stop by, there are already 4 Mutant rigs in town, and more on the way.

There are 2 across the street from me, you and Carol, Jim and Paula, Dave and Nola. More possibly and more on the way!

I finally caught up again. Been busy downsizing my dad's things. Selling on FB has been interesting. We lost our place for consignment which was a bummer. I was going to take all the bigger furniture items to it. Now I'm having to find other ways.

Welcome to the new muties, Pogo! We are the Idaho mutants so if you come up our way some time make sure you let us know so we can meet up.

Good to hear all the resolutions. This is going to be the year of downsizing for us. The lawyer says about 6 months for probate to be over. Fun, fun. We will be doing a service for my dad during spring break to say goodbye. I'll get to see my right side daugther and 2 GS then.

Take care and travel safely this year. Hope to see you all at the MiGC, but it will be a wait and see for us.

Deb is there any companies around that do estate sales? They generally know what something will sell for and price things accordingly. My SIL that runs an antique booth has estate sellers contact her all the time about items they know are worth more than garage sale prices. Something to think about!

I have mutated into a iRV2 Supporter. This is my first posting of such. I guess this could be my resolution for the year, also. Happy New Year!!!

He really doesn't have much that is worth a lot. Long story there. We have a contact of someone in Spokane that did estate sales. I plan on giving her a call with some things. She is Dale's brother's sister, but not his sister. Kind of family.

Ha mutants today could be it. The Great Mutant Christmas/Post Christmas/New Years gift! I know you all thought I forgot, nope, I've been busy as an elf working out the details for this spectacular gift that all mutants will enjoy!

Will it be better than Wayne's theme song? YES!

Will it stretch from FL to MA to AZ and WA! YES!

Will it be worth all the wait? DEFINITELY!

Just stay posted mutants, I think I hear the delivery truck pulling up the driveway!

It didn't seem that big to me. But the houses may make it seem small, but we'll done.
