Ummm ... has anyone mentioned the list of proscribed words to you yet? It's pretty short, but ya hafta be careful. "Allen's w@&k schedule" includes a major cuss word 'round here. Hint: it is neither Allen's nor schedule.
Some folks won't even let the word that begins with sn & ends with ow pass their keyboards. Dunno if that's official.
Glory! For a free forum, there sure are a lot of wrinkles! Oops, I probably just said another bad word!
Cheers!

HAHA! I can already see you guys are gonna be a barrel of laughs.
Today we went to a matinee. Saved 5 bucks on senior discounts. Spent 15 on popcorn and soda. *eyeroll*
Saw Darkest Hour, about Winston Churchill. Fabulous movie all round.
Allen is now working (ah see what I did there) on remodeling the master bath. It's only been out of commission for *cough*a year*cough*. Getting ready to put the base of the new shower in its place.

Or a barrel of monkeys ... see refs to a certain Sena.
DH wants to see Darkest Hour, too. He was there, since he was born & raised in London. He'll tell you all about it, if you dare ask.
"Only a year" on the bath? I feel your pain! We did a combination demolition, build & restore on our 1860/1891 farm house. It's now an 1891/1992-2000+ house.
Have you already read the first few posts on this thread? Somebody must have suggested it.
Cheers!

I hadn't read the first few posts, no. I'll do that.
We're watching Dunkirk right now. Those brave citizens, risking their lives to get soldiers out of France. Yep we'd love talking history together, I'll wager.
Oy, demolition and restoration on your farmhouse! I'm impressed.

Lasagna is in the oven, made with cauliflower noodles. Such a deal! No carbs, flavored with garlic & other seasonings ... I've been wanting to try this. Test bites of the freshly baked noodle were tasty. So far, so good. Pics later ... maybe.

Di & Colleen (sohapi) are our resident gourmet cooks, so you can get great recipes from them. Di, I believe, has & actually uses a pasta machine; Colleen used to lead a cooking thread on iRV2.
These noodles are dead easy to make, they keep well, & there are tons of recipes online. Cook a head of cauli any way you like, and mash or rice it. Drain & mix with garlic, salt, Italian seasoning, and lastly a couple of eggs. I think I mixed in some Parmesan. Spread 1/2" thick on parchment paper & bake @ 350 for 45 min.
Cheers!
