Yes, a fantastic story & fond memories: Ours old one is:
The MYSTERY MACHINE:
The two GC left of ladder gathered in our den to discuss what they wanted to name our C.
After a consensus: we assigned aliases for occupants Velda (the smart one), Shaggy (the shaggy one).
Phoned the 3rd Grand & asked what she thought. Immediately she loved the idea if she could be Daphne (the PRETTY one).
This seemed fine & they assigned me Scooby Doo & Queen Ann was instantly assigned . . . . . .
. . . THINK . . . about what the kids came up with... Don't peak ahead to next post till you think about what they thought!
Priceless!

Hi Charlene!
We can recommend the KOA there, and the Genosseo Campground looks okay.
We use the Allstays ap.

Most already know this....
We started fulltiming with FrED (Front Engine Diesel) and Red (red Jeep); two guys.
Now we have Gwenivere aka Gwen (Monaco Camelot) and Skye (baby blue Wrangler).
I named the former, Nola named the latter.
Nola wins from now on! [emoji304]

90% of the ferry ride on the east 2/3 of the canal is similar to your boat ride across Lake Quachita. Not what we expected. Maybe the west 1/3 of the canal is the "channel cut between the hillsides experience" that we had envisioned. Our excursion was 8 hours by bus and ferry. Glad we did it. Next time we'll take the bus to Panama City and go east from there to see what the canal looks like.

[QUOTE=CampDaven;4001099]Jewelry artist, Los Algodones, Baja, MX

Mary Ann found a jewelry artist in Jamaica. It was called Diamonds International. My wallet was rendered helpless before departing the store. "Bargain" prices, no taxes, no duty. What a deal ????????????? Those salespeople are sooooooooo friendly. Managers are so amazed as to how nice it looks on my lovely wife. What could I do???? Besides, most of it was her money. Remember I taught school and she was in the corporate world.

That sounds very familiar, Steve. I was in corporate, Nola a bartender. She can bargain like nobody else!
And Mary Ann seems to bargain very well ..... with you. [emoji6]
However, PoP would make a nice finish to your story!

Sorry to have missed it, whatever it's moniker... but we've been stayin busy. We pulled into Yuma on Jan 1st. On the 5th I had 4 teeth pulled and bridge removed. Went back today and had remaining 6 uppers pulled. I now have no upper teeth, bone grafts and set up for 9 implants. Go back Wednesday for the next step. Gonna take a while but had to be done. I'll be enjoying baby food for some time. Hard to grasp not being able to eat Pho. Can't even gum my way through noodles. Oh the humanity. And to make matters worse- got there at 9 - left about 3:30 But then stood in line 1.5 hours to get out. The line actually crossed the river...

Healing ohms for you my friend. Prayers for patience for dear Annie. Hope all goes well.

Thanks Steve. It's not that bad really. But as Di mentioned, and others have said, it's a process. I would have preferred to have enough bone to anchor the plate, but that wasn't to be. They were upfront about it and until the teeth came out and they got to work on the gums etc, it was sketchy. That said, the foundation is set and the clock is ticking. Sooner or later a big juicy steak is my future.

Yep, we're CPAP users. We use a battery pak that supplies power to the CPAP machines. It's a Respironics. It has a 110 v plug that allows us to recharge the battery. The pak has a battery adaptation for the CPAP machine. Full charge powers 1 machine for about 2 nights. Each maker of CPAP machines have their own type of plug in for powering 110 or battery power, so you need to tell the maker of the battery pak what type of plug you need.
