Oh, by the way, I finally dug out the camera and took photos of the new graphics...now I have to clean the dirt streaks off the stripes so they don't look so bad...

Sue y'all can come by anytime, let me know and I'll put the sign out for you!

Wayne the coop is on stilts! That way I can push wheel barrel up to door and sweep the poop out!

If you think the mutants are a weird group you should join a Chicken Forum! These folks love their chickens and I've seemed to fit in their conversations well!

Speaking of which, so Charlene is another songwriter on here? Where is this 'other' thread where I can find it, or is on Farcebook or somewhere else I don't go?
Dave the Thread Killer tread is under the General Discussions.

New graphics look good!

I've been wondering what Mary thinks about you bringing all those chicks home. Now you are even scanning the web for chicks. I'm sorry Mary!

No chickens on this forum, are there? Difficult to travel with a flock, although I did meet a woman whose one traveling companion was a hen.

Overheard in a restaurant:

"Are these eggs fresh?"

"Madam, if they were any fresher, they'd still be inside the chicken."

Tim, cut out the middle man. Buy them fresh and ready to fry!

Update on Ray.... just talked to Dwayne, surgery will be tomorrow... surgeon came in, he is tired from long surgery and felt like Ray was stable enough to wait until tomorrow. It will be 4 bypasses and valve replacement.

As hard as it is to wait, trusting in your medical team is important.... prayers for them....as well as Ray and Jan and family. He did get to see grands so that will help too, and Ray is getting to eat today...

Thanks, Di, and of course the ommms machine is going full blast for Ray and the whole family. Eating is a good thing, & I'm sure Ray is happy for that. Tell him to be sure he gets a good hearty dinner. (Run, duck, hide)

Cheers!

Tim can only handle one chick at a time.

He picks it up, strokes it's feathers, then goes and gets another one. All the time he is saying, lay chick, lay.

Them eggs, 'specially the green one, are hard to come by.

By the way, Pullets do lay eggs but they are small..and good.
