Just curious - are they pronounced "past tease" or "paste tease"?

I've always known it to be PAST (as in past tense) and vowel sound EEE.

Of course strippers and pole dancers may prefer to pronounce it the other way. [emoji1] [emoji1]

Neither, it is 'pass' tease, unless you're from the English upper crust (pun intended), then it would be 'past'

So today is a surprise if Ed didn't give it away.

Home made clam chowder - my way. Then there is the snacks Earlene made plus and apple dapple cake. The RVMutant's coming are also bringing food.

This is what y'all are missing.

Oh, the madness of it all.

Yes. Just a mile or 2 down US-23 from the rv park. It is a MI State Park.

I may change my mind and attend for a few days but those days are getting close to our bow season opener for whitetail deer. Have to prepare ya know.
Wow, I guess you avoid all of New England and the south and the northwest, why, I dare ask, where DO you stay that is NOT of that mindset??? Oh, I guess in the dead desert where nothing grows and you can boondock for free (or very minimal cost). I guess I'd give up camping if that was my only choice where I didn't feel like I was being "taken".

I thought they were pronounced "Just Great" and just plain awesome.

I lived year round north of the Youpee for over 40 tears so does that let me qualify as a foreign yooper?

Barb, I will call you wen we get home. Tuesday sometimes. Denise wants t chat with you about Michigan.
