We are supposed to meet up with Suspinz tomorrow. I know she is lurking around here somewhere, but within reason can you tell me what to expect?
Our first face2face with a mutant.
She has lured us to a campground that isn't even listed in the Good Sam RV Park Guide. I think I should be nervous.

Well.... be prepared to smile..... her smile is just so contagious, and the other part of the pair has a captivating accent.... not southern...
Be sure and take photos....

You can bake in your BBQ

If you're lucky Sue will serve a special treat. My dreams are of Eton Mess!

No worries! Sue and Martin have made that trip many times. Trust that they've found a hidden gem. I -look forward to seeing them here in AZ. I hope you make it this far, too.

Martin thought I should go take pics for you. (Naw, you know what a macaw looks like.) It was an interesting show for us.

Another 20 min. or so, she went back again, pulled out another cage w/yet another. This one was gold-fronted and blue-backed, I think.

If any of those is anything like Mac, they'll be having noisy times! We heard not a peep next door, however. 🙉🙊😴
Oh please post pics, I love seeing birds Red breast/blue back may be a Military Macaw, not sure, have to see it. I got this great book on all macaws, it's like 14x19 in size, full color pictures on really quality paper, got it when I was learning as much as possible back when Mac was still an ornery baby (first 5 years at least).

Hey Bokobird, would love to see the birdies' habitat! A picture or 2 would be really nice as we know you love photography!

She bakes i.e. Brownies, cornbread, grill chicken, rolls etc. In the convection mode you can use metal pans. As far as roasts she uses a crock pot.

Hope you're feeling well!
Hi Tim n Mary, thanks for the reply. Last coach had a micro/convection oven, but it never seemed to work right, but maybe that one was just plain tired! Will give this a go and see what happens.

Feeling ok, still on the mend but doing most of what I want to do (and a whole lot that I have to do)

As for Roast, get an Instant Pot..... look for knock off, i just ordered a second one for less than $50, even at home that is how I always cooked a roast, pressure cooker.....
Thanks for the tips, sounds goofy, but what is an Instant Pot? I don't really live in the cabbage patch, but also don't do a lot of shopping......
