To boil fish you have to turn up the heat on the aquarium.

I am so happy that Larry kept his clothes on for that demonstration of him fitting into the tub. So happy!

I lucked out. On cyber-Monday Williams-Sonoma had basically a 50% off sale on the 6 Qt instant pot so I wound up getting 2, one as a gift and one for me

Edit: forgot to mention only paid $75 each.

Yes viewers the Winter Olympics 2022 may be the one we need to attend. Sources report Downhill Larry is already in training for the Downhill Luge! If not a gold metal appearance it's certainly will be entertaining as he attempts the Standing Luge Run! Go Larry!

So safe travels Mr and Mrs Poobah!

Back at you, Steve and Annie!
The times we were with you two and the other local RVMs in Yuma, as well as the 3 Mini-C events in Q, were totally SUPERB!
We arrived at Distant Drums safe and on time. MUCH cooler here, but no frost!
Fish boil? Yah-shure-you-betcha, Sue! We went to the annual Labor Day Fish Boil in Port Wing Wi for many years!
http://portwingwi.com/events/port-wi...nts/fish-boil/
The fish are lake trout, brown trout. It is superbly tasty, with fish, taters, and onions together in a wood fired iron pot.
Add the live music and a beer wagon, and it's a party!

Ah, thank you for confirmation that I haven't lost my mind (always debatable!) about fish boils. I have 2 video links to share, one longer than the other. Apparently it's mostly a Door County WI thing.

I wonder if it's legal to have one in MI. 🤔

Yes to poached, not sure about "boiled".

Sorry to interrupt, but Dave & Nola or Steve & Annie, Wayne, etc. Mutants, how many at still in Yuma/Q area? All together in the desert?

We're in Tucson (New Horizons Tucson Village) for some snow birding from new home (May 2017) in Carson City, NV. We will be leaving in a week or so for home and may go the Yuma, Q, Havasu route.

Warm wishes to all.

PoP soon, proof that t55watson (Tom) exists, walks, talks, & shares his ride with a lovely distaff side. I can't post pics, but Martin promised to do that for me.

They got into the same cg w/us for 2 nights and once we started talking, couldn't stop. Sounds Mutant to me! We're moseying along SW at different rates, each visiting friends along the way and may (or may not) wind up in Yuma.

I told Tom not to judge the rest of the mutants by us. That really would not be fair to the rest of youse.

Cheers!

Ditto on the Larry Cam... glad there were clothes! Sorry that whole mess happened with you guys. It's allot of hard work, and we ain't gettin' any younger!

I just wanted to share some good news: Allen is getting promoted at work. March first, he's going to take over as store manager. (Her works for a mattress company).

He was a store manager and district manager for an electronics company for 13 years, and lost his job when they did some major shuffling and layoffs, but that wasn't enough and the company basically died a slow, tortuous death for the following 5 years. So this is familiar territory for him, and he loves doing employee training, because he's got a teacher's heart. I'm really proud of him, climbing out of the hole he was in after he was let go, it was a huge blow to his sense of self worth. So this should go a long way to restoring his faith in himself.

Charlene
