Yes, it was bumpy in spots. Sorry about the lack of sunshine following me, but it was already too hot in Florida, as well as Mississippi. Worked up a sweat just getting ready to roll. Course, 40 degrees is a bit chilly.
I'm staying at my son's, on the street. His driveway is too slanted. Only the nosy neighbor called him to check me out.
Still working on being fully functional. Do you all live here in stick and brick?

Not us! We moved into this 25’ Class C on 5/17/2011 and have spent every night, except for 3, in it since. Those 3 nights were spent in the hospital for knee replacement surgery.
I’ve parked in driveways, on residential streets, at Walmart, in the forest and am currently in the southern Arizona desert and an occasional RV park.

Queen Ann allows me to serve her and our Chihuahua in a remote area between Malvern, Glen Rose & Butterfield in a stick & brick home...
As always, whether in our humble Class B Van or our old house, we look up to the other two high class Arkansas Mutants...
They allow me to come out of the woods as long as I bring Queen Ann along..
Hope to visit soon...
Regional Basketball games tonight & Saturday sometime for 1st - 2nd & 3rd regional.. GO Glen Rose Beavers!!

Hey, filethis, you've got to go find and watch the film 'Lady In The Van' with Maggie Smith. True story from Alan Bennet, a whimsical English humorist, who reluctantly hosted a vagrant living in an old Bedford van.

Oh Di, you said it like it is !!!!
However, when talking about me, most spell retired a little differently, like retarded ...
So grateful Ann is one of many that keep telling me where to go...
Even an e-mail this morning from TripAdvisor titled: Rich: Pick a month, and we’ll tell you where to go --- Priceless timing...
Monday lunch sounds great to us... Flexible so far next week..

Morning, folks!
I'm beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel after my surgery.
This morning, I could smell and taste my coffee!
That's awesome progress and I feel much better after 2 nights of good sleep. Been using the Neilmed nasal rinse (anyone else familiar with that?).
I find it comforting and it seems to be helping alot with allowing me to breathe through my nose finally. The congestion comes and goes and is the worst first thing in the morning. But, I'm feeling a whole heckuva lot better today and I don't sound like I'm talking from the bottom of a swimming pool.
I can also hold a conversation without falling asleep,
haha. So... lots of progress. Today I'm hoping to tackle cleaning my walk-in pantry in my house. It's needed reorganizing for awhile now and has been way down at the bottom of the to-do pile.
Wish me luck.
Martha-- hahahah. Yep we certainly be yakkers! I love that about the mutants. I second the motion to make the new Lucky Charms the official cereal of the RV Mutants! Even if the unicorns go away, the rainbows are forever.
Dave-- I'll volunteer to help be warm and welcoming to any nubes who happen to wander in. You guys were so gracious and welcoming to me when He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named invited me in. I'm only too glad to return the favor and help harrass....er, I mean love on.... the newbies.
Di-- so this morning at breakfast, Allen goes, "hey I got this friend request from someone named Diane..." hahah. Thanks, luv. He doesn't get friend requests so he didn't even know what to do with it. LOL. Yep I told him you were Di from the Mutants and then he went, 'ohhhh, okay....". I'd expect he'll accept the request. I did email him the link to sign up for IRV2, and then today I texted him the link. We'll see if he follows through on any of it.
Allen, we're talking about you again....
I read your blog post, Di. How scary. Give Larry a warm hug from me and tell him that I'm glad he's still with us.
Tim-- the "Book of Tim" might be considered horror genre, just sayin'.....

Charlene

Charlene,
So happy to hear you are feeling "better." I have the Neilmed with the battery operated pump so no squeezing of the bulb inserted up the nose. Better than other places.
You should PM all of us Allen's email address and phone number. We could then keep sending him invites until he gives in.
I'll comment on Tim's book later.

Tim (It is, Tim, right? I forget names so easily) -- thank you! I will tell him that. He's got a great sense of humor, although sometimes it's a little obtuse. But I think he really would fit in very well here once he got comfortable. Bella is adorable, give her chest scritches for me!

Oh, fancy on the battery operated one. Tell me, does it have a larger reservior than the 8-ounce bottle? I have to fill and reheat a few times every rinse session, which is mildly a pain when my nose is dripping right after a rinsing. Just curious.
BAHAHAhahahha on Allen's email/phone. I'm tempted! I love it.

Hello, Bella, cutie-face! Scritches from me too, & from our cats. (Front declawed, so no danger to her nose.)
Martin will have to post the pics I was going to share. 😕 He may need bribing ... bacon?
