It was a CalAm resort, but I don't remember the name offhand. DH is looking it up.

This was, for some, a perfect place to be, but is not for us at all. In the first place, I am a country girl. In the second place, I'm still a country girl. 🤗 Can't be helped!

I'll get back to you on the name of the place. Is your Tower Point similar?

Dave, didn't I hear you mention the delicacy fried chicken lips once? They are good if not over cooked.

S'pose you've heard that chicken poop is the cure for chapped lips.......it won't heal 'em, but it'll keep you from lickin' 'em.

Donít they make fake eggs that you can put in the nest to keep those gals happy.

Lipstick on their vents? I wanna see video of Tim telling his hens to "pucker up".

Add some solar and you could join us out in the desert. Our nearest neighbor is over 500í away. Lots of country out here! There's even a fox den about a half mile from us.

Well, hey, then! I didn't want to be stuck there, but I will say the food was quite good and that does count for a lot. Good job getting it all where it's supposed to be, hot stuff hot & cold stuff cold. Thanks!

Hey! You're a-lurkin hereabouts? Why not come on in & introduce yerself? You might like it here in the madhou ... group!

Love it, Barb, especially where the foxes still feel free to den. My kinda place.

DH still has too much London left in him to want to boondock. We have done it, altho w/o solar, & I get frustrated trying to remember what I can & cannot turn on at the same time. (Bam! There goes another breaker!)

Maybe another time, another channel. Thanks for the invite, though!

Tim, sounds like that GD is ready for some mutton busting...

Electra 225 - I have seen a lip balm actually called Chicken Poop. Came in a little cardboard box looked like a hen house...

Took my door lock apart today and greased everything, can open it one handed again, also shimmed up the hinges so the door wouldn't drag on the threshold.

Got to get off my butt and get on the new Facebook page. I'm another one who only uses it for GK photos & similar stuff...

That's just too funny. You'd need 7 different colors, gotta have pictures. Can you tell them apart easily or do they all look alike?

I'm telling you Dave, that little girl is her daddy made over, tough as they come, afraid of nothing.

What did you use as shims on the door hinge?

Have BIL who's camper door drags and not sure how to fix it.

Morning Carol!
I can pretty much narrow it down to two birds. I have 2 that lay blue/green eggs, 2 that lay dark chocolate speckled eggs, 2 that lay extra large brown eggs and 1 that lays light brown eggs. I'll just have to sneak Mary's lipstick out early before they lay one morning and hope she dosnt notice!

How's the repairs coming?
