I've seen dried currants more commonly than raisins, but fruit or not is really your choice. And the sausage would be typically bangers -- a mild, smooth-textured sausage. Order online, visit Wayne & Earlene who know where to shop, make your own ... or substitute whatever you like.

There is, or used to be, a superb butcher in Elburn, ESE of DeKalb & WSW of St. Charles on IL 47. He makes award winning sausages of all kinds, if you're interested. We used to routinely stop there on our way to & from WI.

HTH!
Sue

Hey Tim! Today I won a hen, a goose, a horse & a longhorn & even a bit of fencing. The hen may or may not be a layer.

I'll be in touch! Cheers!

In the morning, we “pushed” East through the storm, getting ahead of it. Here in Robertsdale, AL, it raged again after we got set up! Sheesh

Ok, so it crossed you, you ran ahead of it, it crossed you again.
Seems like there should be some kind of lesson there.

Big news mutants, it's not only Good Friday, it's not only the B-day party for the twins, it's something worthy of pop. Watch my other social media sites for the announcement later today. It's BIIGGG!

Hmm, I wonder if Easter will slow down the April Fool's day jokes, or will they just take on a different dimension? I don’t remember Easter ever falling on April 1st. Do you suppose all the preachers will start their sermons off with a joke, or preach against practical joking? Sunday should be interesting.

Congrats Tim - you survived the twins first year. Can’t wait to see them with cake smeared faces.
