Sorry, only front ends. Miya would love it here! And there's grass! Green stuff!

One more easy day to Galveston.

Don & Sandee? Jne & Dave? Bob & Cindy? (Did I remember her name? Correct me & I'll get it!) Who else?

Ooo, that makes at least 5 couples. How many things can we do in units of 5 for the anniversary? Ring toss? Pie eating? Pie throwing? Oh boy!

Sue, we were in Luling for a bit. The town is quaint and the BBQ is superb!

My air tanks have no pressure, brakes are locked.
So, is there gonna be a MC in TC?
Who knows what the future will bring in TC. We leave in June and won't be back until - much later.

Yep, understand no air in tanks but my tanks automatically bleed down after several days so I just do what I have to do. I don't pull the air release lanyards.

Yep! Miya likes her horsey's and cows. Just doesn't like other dogs - except her husband, Ranger. Don and Sandy are in Martin's can't go to place.

Where are y'all stayin'?

Jeff said they are leaving "next" Monday, so is that this coming Monday or the following Monday, and where would they be coming from.

Don and Sandee leave Wednesday.

If for sure you are coming in tomorrow Earlene will contact Jeanie and try to arrange a meet before D&S leave.

More are welcome - come on down!

Oh, it's Bob and Lisa, you know, the song, "Just call me Lisa...." I'll sing it for you when you get here - and my theme song-again.

If'n' we are having to much fun shouting at each other and stuffing our mouths and just plain forget to get a PoP, will you forgive us.

Yeah! Like really! Forget PoP's. Not going to happen.

Yep, tomorrow. Would love to see Jne & Dave, Bob & Lisa, Jeff & Marcia. Oh, yes, & you tutu.

Still trying to arrange a place, waiting for a callback from the SP. if we can't get in there, we may go try G. Isl. RV Park or Jamaica Beach or G. Bay.

Martin promises we'll get "somewhere" tomorrow. 🤔🤗

We've been derelict, methinks, in not planning some splash out, fancy-schmancy knees-up of a celebration somewhere. Guilty as charged.

I know Tim offered to check w/Catherine's Landing and got the predictable "not in April" response. Understandable. Sorry, Tim!

I'm no better. 😳

-- I thought of a fifth of whiskey, but that isn't my scene at all.
-- Beethoven's 5th doesn't help.
-- Cinco de Mayo does not compute.
-- Maybe Wayne can do ballet's 5th position.
-- A quintet to ... what ... sing? Eek! Play music? Not enough instruments.
-- Five a side? No, that's English soccer.

Somebody else surely has better ideas than mine!

Okay, our 45' is too long for the SP, so we'll be at G. Isl. RV park. We are set for 5 days provisionally.

Thanks, Ed & Jackie, for introducing us to this park. 🖑🤗

You covered it in stylish words of prose that are far more precious than I could dream!
Thank you Sue! [emoji177]

To celebrate the Mutant Birthday I have arranged a large outbreak of tornado warnings across the Natural State!

To give you an idea of just how this affects many Arkies lives, DS is thinking of going to a horse auction tonight cause "there won't be a big crowd".

I'm thinking about going with him, might pick up a good Clydesdale for me! Hehe!

New Park Model

Someone at the RV park I'm in got a brand new park model delivered today. It was quite the event watching it being backed in.

Really tight road this guy is working with...

It took one shot to get it in place!

It was pretty impressive watching these guys work. Things we soooooo close as they backed it in, but one shot is all it took and it was in place. They then leveled it, put blocks under it, tied the thing down with straps every couple of feet. Looks like it'll stay for at least the next winter

Don't they always draw a crowd? Some folks bring out their lawn chairs & a beer or two. It's such good entertainment ... and free, too.

Don't know if I mentioned here that I sold the deer camp camper that the tree fell across. I had backed it down a steep hill around a curve to park it in a safe place in front of my shop. That's where the tree fell across it.

The man I sold it to drives a large 18 wheeler type wrecker for a living. He picks the camper up in the dark with a 1 ton duely. Once hooked up and paperwork done he flys up the hill thru the jumping trees around the curve and out my gate. I can only imagine how careful he would be if he was towing one of our MHs .

Son says he's driving like he stole it which makes me wonder if the hundred dollor bills he gave me were real! Thankfully they were!
