Well, it is sad to say that tow of our visitors are departing for tomorrow. We have had such a great time while they have been here. So Don & Sandee, until next time safe travels. Sue and Martin, we'll see you tomorrow.

The six of us had dinner at Cajun Greek in Galveston. Here is the PoP:

We will hate it but will wave when we pass through Texas City later this morning as we transit north from Galveston to Montgomery TX. Until the next time...

Tim's surprises are as old as seeing the Burma Shave signs driving down the highway.

Several years ago I got an advertisement for a shaving mug, brush and soap cake with the Burma Shave logo. Really ironic, since Burma Shave was a cream in a tube in direct competition with the soap and brush, noting how unsanitary they were in their ads...

Y'all haven't heard from us for a while so you will get a update whether you like it or not. We have only met Sue & Martin but know many of you by your postings here & on TOT.
We have been riding the rainbow for 21 winters and always known we had a pot of gold at our Black Lake Michigan home. Now we have found the other end of the rainbow in Sierra Vista Arizona. We bought a manufactured home in Sierra Vista Village. The village has a 35 space RV park and is very full in the winters as it the best RV park in town.
We have been very lucky to have met wonderful people in our travels, through 49 states, 6 provinces & 1 Canadian Territory.
We will ride the rainbow for 1 last time as we journey back to Michigan in a few weeks then the RV will go up for sale.
When you are in Michigan this fall, or any time, you can give us a call if you want or need some local info as we only live about 35 miles from Mackinaw City.
I will still be a lurker for a while and wish nothing but tail winds for all of you.

We are working on our Living room. After removing old carpet, you have 50's linoleum vs new laminate. Next week it's the kitchen and entry flooring and then back to the downsizing. Click image for larger version

Great picture of bacin! I headed out (way out) to find a breakfast suitable for posting!

However, I got so FAR OUT, lost cell service, useless internet service & truly in the sticks. Sorry, it was an environmental forced tech down time & painful.

I will begin the ketsup on this thread now that we are back to civilization & I brought Queen Ann home from the hospital today. She finally got the heart "watchman" installed & did well.

First, a special THANKS to Tim & Mary for visiting us in the hospital, they are special Mutants!!!

On a brighter note my deer camp camper that had the tree fall on it sold today. Advertised as a fixer upper I had three people come out tonight to look at it, first one had the cash! Now I've got to go shopping!

You didn't mention the Tahoe rear ended when you visited.. Glad you are OK
