Okay, finally I've found a doctor who says he can get my foot out'n my mouf. About time, too! He's going to put said foot into a boot after he's done prettying it up with fancy stitches.

Thursday between 11 & 2 CDT. I'll be fine; just send those ommms to the surgeon & the anesthesiologist, please. Oh and a few for Martin, too, since he'll be charged with waiting on moi hand & foot (cue laugh track) for a few days.

Bought a plain Jane walker yesterday, & today a friend offered me the loan of her bright red walker with folding seat. Oh, yeah! No contest!

Thanks Sue.... Carol is in surgery at this time. We learned yesterday the plan was more than a biopsy. They will actually remove as much of the mass from her brain as possible.

Keep the oohhmms coming.

Sue, ohms headed your way. BTW, I possess a kneel coaster/roller. You kneel on the cushion and let you boo-boo foot dangle off the back of the cushion. It's on wheels so you can use it like a scooter. Handlebar brakes too. I'm willing to deliver it to you tomorrow in Illinois.

Bless you & thank you, darlin! Are you home?

You can come over just for the halibut, you know, but I've already accepted my friend's offer of her walker. My surgeon actually recommended the walker for me because I'll be allowed to put a little weight on the heel. (Heck, I wanted the fancy-schmancy knee coaster thingy!)

Thank you kindly for the ommms & the offer. Feel free to come over, but I have a feeling you may be tired of driving just now, eh?

Cheers!

Rainbows End, Hope, NY. The website has not been updated for an eternity. The camp phone number is 518-924-2758. You will most likely have to leave a message. I will likely be updating the website in the near future. Here is the current web site:Rainbows End Campground I have no idea what they charge now. I am just the local cleanup crew and landscaper, haul this to the dump kinda gal. The email for the campground is not accurate, the phone number on the website is not accurate. None of the prices are up to date. I live in the "Adirondack cabin." It is free mainly because it is not up to code, and they cant legally rent it out. The old owner now resides in "The Lodge." The "Den" is unoccupied, but it may have been sold, may have been abandoned. As near as I can tell, there is no 50amp service... I have peeked at the electrical boxes. All I have seen is 30amp. I have unsuccessfully attempted to get the former owner to remove the defunct, but easily Googled website. The new owners have big plans for the camp, and not many upgrades will be done until next year. For this year, along with some minor beautification, the water and sewer system will be upgraded. If I can help you in some manner, PM me for my phone number.

Thankee kindly, bruv. All accepted gratefully.

Wronged my hoof? Funny you should phrase it thataway, cuz one of the problems is that my mare stood on my bare right foot in the pasture more than once. (I'm a slow learner, but I did figger out how to get her to shift her weight pretty quickly.)

Add a beautiful bunion on same foot, throw in a metatarsal or two that are too long, & there you have it. Oh, add a shortened calf muscle too, and that completes the picture.

TMI?

I wanted to watch, being an old OT & curious, but they insist I hafta take a nap. Guess I'll cope!

Cheers & thanks again.
