Tim, we love your family & enjoyed the short visit.

Sue... Queen Ann actually loves our modest RV just
fine. Martins find would be quite a ride though.

As requested, old old Yukon provided down payment on this Dealer Courtesy car with 5k miles.

Purchased in Dec, but NOT a Christmas gift. Didn't want to set a precedent, lol.

Good to hear, though we are planning to order our captain's chairs and have them shipped from B&H. Gulp.

Thanks; I appreciate hearing others' experience.

Sarah, have you thought about putting in a pair of Lazy-Boy Pinacles up front to match the set with which you replaced the J couch? Now, that would be comfy and be real leather!

We are just beginning our RVing life.

You can go to Lowe's. Pick out the carpet you like and then go to any upholstery place with the MH and they will custom fit it. So I'm told.

Hello there, Martin. As good as that sounds, I'm afraid Pinacles wouldn't fit on the FlexSteel pedestals.

Do you recall the subwoofer box under the dinette bench on the Bounder? Does that thing actually do anything or can it be removed? I'm thinking that when the dinette booth starts to develop the fake leather shredding we will just pull it out and have a table and chairs. (I've got the table so I'd just buy a couple of chairs.) Wondering what we'll find behind there, though.

Now, I have to cast my mind back there - we've had two new coaches since the Bounder. I recall the SW lies under the dinette bench right next to the J couch as was. When we met last at the GC I told your hubby (Claude?) that I had upgraded the home theater system to make use of the fiber optic audio cable that Fleetwood had installed but could not use up front due to the front unit not having an input. During that upgrade, I replaced all the speakers, including the SW. I do recall it took a little dismantling of the seat to get to it but, oh yes, it does work. You certainly know that when you're seated at the table. Another mod. I did was to the table by moving that support prop at the front edge back to about the center. That made access so much easier. Not as easy though as having a table and chairs like we have on our Tuscany. Good luck with the change out.
