The nurse starts pounding on his chest and everyone is running to the room. I've never been so scared. They brought in the crash cart but didn't have to use it. After the ordeal, they told us that his heart was back in rhythm before this event took place. They later released him to go home. So what scared me so much Sunday morning, they call an episode of syncope likely due to vagal nerve stimulation. With his afib going back into sinus rhythm on its own or becuz of meds, it is called paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. We are learning new vocabulary. Thanks for all you prayers. They are very much appreciated. He goes in to see his heart doc tomorrow morning.

Oh my goodness; you must have been terrified. I hope Dale gets a good report from the doctor tomorrow.

Has anyone noticed this thread's views count? We are approaching 3 million! Who could have guessed that 5+ years ago? Too bad we don’t get a penny per view kick back? Our advertising sponsor is sure getting his money worth!

We still like the 5er. I love my truck!
This will be our last year leasing the river site. Time for some new scenery.

New scenery? We get that need too, periodically. Must be why "our tribe" buys houses with wheels, d'ya reckon, eh?

Hey Mutants, haven't been on in awhile. I lurk once in awhile but not enough to keep up. Had our first shake down in our new to us old coach. A few updates were needed and now are complete. Next week our first trip will start. Plan on going part way across Canada and then cross the border and take in the Dakotas and work our way back west. Ohms to those who need!

Nobody said hi?! Hi! Welcome back! I've not met you, but aren't you one of the infamous Canuckian Dennises?
Congratulations on your new/old coach. Let the adventuring begin ... again. Sounds like a good trip you have planned there.
There's undoubtedly much in the Dakotas to see, not to mention all that Canajun scenery. Parts of the continent we (me & the Brit) have yet to explore.
If I weren't so comfy at the moment in the S&B, I'd think about being jealous. But no, another time. Then, I'll turn green!
Cheers & don't be a stranger, Stranger!

Hey yourself. It must be "Wayward Canadian Mutants Week" because you and Les suddenly appeared. Have a fun trip and enjoy the new RV.

The site of this historic gathering of mutants is going to be held at Mackinaw Mill Creek Campground near Mackinaw City, Michigan. 16 couples have been brave enough to let us know they're coming, but there's upward to 7 more that have threatened to show up without notifying the rest of us beforehand.
You too can sneak into the park and surprise us. Phone number for the campground is 231-436-5584 for reservations.
Nothing special planned except campfires, a couple/few potlucks, several day trips with fellow mutants, and fun gatherings in the CG meeting center.
I hope you can join us.
Now we rejoin your usual broadcasts.

RVM # 39 has a special event planned as well nothing spectacular but very liberating.
