Hello Randm! Once one of the muckey mucks wake up and assign you your RVM number watch for some PMs from me. I'll send you some useful info to navigate the choppy waters that seem to surround RVMdom.

If you can possibly meet up with any of the Mutants going to the Michigan GC I strongly suggest you get your hinney there. Miraculous things happen when RVMs get together. Why just last summer about 45 of us got RVMoon to block out the sun while we were in Oregon. You never know what strange and powerful things happen at a Curiosity. My PM will explain just what a Curiosity happens to be.

Welcome to the fun!

Sympathies to you Jackie & Ed, from #172 here.
Wishing you God's comforting.

Random Musing, me thinks you just passed with the flying colors of the Mutant rainbow into Mutantdom! If I'm correct, then welcome!

Randm Musing, now that you have passed the grueling entrance exam, I declare that you are now, and forever more shall hold, according to the RVM Ancient scrolls, the title of RV Mutant!

There are many treasured gifts that are now yours, including all rites and privileges to ride the Rainbow!

I now summon and call all RV Mutants to cheer for our new RVM, and request that the ever-faithful and sometimes paid RVM Temps bestow upon this fine vict...er member his RVM number.

Welcome to RVMdom, Randm Musing!

Hey, Muties, can you give him a rousing “Oh Yeah”? (And don’t poke and tease him like we do Tim and Wayne....just yet)

Welcome to RVMdom, Randm Musing!

We are Queen Ann (short story) along with her royal coachman/servant Richard.

We live in Arkansas & Tim will probably invite you to Mini when you are in the area. He really is modest, but Wayne has a knack for giving him his "due"...

We would love to know more about you & hope to see you on the "rainbow"..

Thought that might be a problem, Di!

Randm (may I use your first name? Mine is Sue), you are more than welcome to muse along w/ the rest of this motley mutant crew, or to Ponder, as it is known in these rarefied circles. Be aware, it might make you dizzy at times.

Some of us start out that way.

And only get worse.

Ask Tim.
Or Wayne.
Or #1.

They will each blame the other, of course.

Cheers!Click image for larger version

Homemade root beer floats. What else is there to say?

Meantime, I've binged at Menard's in the camping area: A campfire rack & 2 long-handled pie irons, a board for some hare-brained idea I have for a GC game, & some dry erase markers for same game. So far, no buyer's remorse.

Looking forward to the FEUMGC!
For you more motivated mutants headed for Michigan . . . . ."Fear not any bad weather for your planned activity or game for us mutants, we have possession of a meeting hall for our use all week". Scheduling such things might be difficult with mutants driving in four directions on day trips seeing the sites.

The night of the 18th is set aside for a potluck and our poobah's grand opening ceremonies. (for you newbies it's not to be missed).

Also, a grand open fire cooking extravaganza is planned for on the the nights. Just cook your own OR enough to share with the group. Bring a dish to pass (I suggest that it be of the smaller variety since we're having various main dishes) . Personally, our Hobo Dinners will be enough in themselves, so SMALL side dishes please.

What do you all think about t h a t?

Welcome RVM # 174. May your riding of the rainbow be a glorious occasion.

I'm Steve (papasteve) and my caretaker is Mary Ann RVMs 5 and 5A. We're hosting the FEUMGC. That mean's we've secured the site and invited you all to the affair. We have attended, more or less, 8 or the 10 GCs. Every single one has been a blessing to our lifestyle. Again, WELCOME

I would be too, if I was you. Isn't this the first one where you only had to drive about 1/2 way across the continent to attend.

We may be in your neck of the woods next summer for a mini C, midi if you make it.

Welcome RVM#174
