Dave, do you have iPhone or android?

Data usage using FaceTime is pretty demanding.

I have iPhone, iPad, and a laptop

Thanks Don and Sandee!
Nolaís attitude is climbing quickly. Me thinks she has evil plans.

We will probably have a campfire meal one evening. Each mutie can fix their favorite camp fire meal. Each can make just enough for themselves or, if they wish, make enough for a few others to taste. Chuck has an over-the-campfire grill. Does anyone else have one they can bring????

We have a community building to gather in if the weather doesn't cooperate.

We will have campfires so a lawn chair might be on your "bring list".

I hope to have a virtual visit by our grand poobah so the opening ceremony happens on the night of the 18th. Does anyone have the knowledge necessary to broadcast the event on 3 or 4 ipads????
Why not use one iPad and broadcast that to a large TV? Not sure what bandwidth will be available in that park or that area.

Then again, there's FB video, that may be possible if multiple people are in multiple locations and still want to watch.

No, Mizzie, Lily isnít picking Sheba over you. She has enough energy to play all day and half the night. The 3 of you can have a great time together. Did you notice how polite Sheba is? She gets down low to play with height challenged pups.

BTW - You might choose a different font than red (or whatever that is). For the visually impaired it does not have enough contrast to be read easily.
You might try yellow on a white background!!
JK!!! JK!!!

DW wants to get the rig out this weekend camping to relax after this ordeal. Strength has returned, and I think its doable.
Eyephoto Jon&Ellen I'm 146 checking in not 147...Give me a break I had brain surgery!
Fantastic to be home & through surgery, eh? Ommms continue, of course, for recovery and strength and ... ummm ... camping! A bit of R&R will do a world of good, especially outdoors.

Cheers!

I am happy to report that the Mackinaw Campground owner was very receptive to my re-requesting a non-electric site, which is also cheaper, (I dont need or want electric,) and closer to everyone else than the spot where they originally put me. (so the clerk I dealt with originally essentially was not truthful with me, in order to sell a more expensive site.) I did not complain about any of the former stuff, just restated my needs. Yay.

My departure from NY is being delayed by a minor surgery. I expect to be on the road on or by the 7th of September. I just need to get my platform and shelf installed in the shell. I'm nearly good to go!!!

I cannot wait to meet all my wonderful Muties!

I expect to check-in on the 17th!

So, having never attended a Mutie conference before, what should I bring?

See you there!
Food. Bring food! Or beverages. Bacon. Your cooking over a fire skills.

But chiefly yourself!

Heck, ask Dave!

Charles.
In OR, while at The Great Mooning GC, Dave being Dave, was in the middle of his routine and low and behold he conjured up Three Moons Rising!

Three gentlmen dropped their pants to expose there wrinkled up posteriors. Not sure if these gents were ever identified, my guess they're prone to strike again.

You've bound to have seen the pics, they show up on here often it seem.
