Rough night in a very crowded rest area. Extremely poor visibility last night, and the rain went from hard to impossible. Could not have fit one more vehicle in the huge rest area. Still wet, but I can see the road this morning. Headed for Kansas. ETA Thursday.

Drive carful Bev, be sure to meet Marty and Bob. They're your typical mutant!

Hey there Jeff, It is 85˚ here right now. Supposed to be a cool front tomorrow at 78˚. Should be comfortable by the time you get this way.

Gonna be doing that!! And I cannot wait. I escaped the snow belt, and am post-poning the SD trip due to the snow also. They are expecting a foot where I was recently. A bunch of mighty fine folks in this group. And nice rest areas in the journey too. KC tomorrow! Yay.

So that's how they do it! Two decks, two jetways.
Take off in 1.5 hours and this departure lounge is getting crowded.Click image for larger version

Sitting north of Ocala FL tonight. "Got outta Dodge" before the hurricane hit. Melbourne FL tomorrow for about 3 weeks, be nice to go more than one day without driving for a while. Wonder how a couple of the campgrounds we stayed at in the Panhandle fared? May call in a few days to see, would like to stay at them again on the trip west in November.

Oh, this current campground has had enough rain the ground is soft. Jacks just pushed the jack pads into the ground, came close to level but still off a bit after several tries. Oh well, just one night.
