So do we. Mid to low miserable here and the forecast is more of the same for the next while. Freaking rain.....

The only good thing about today is being able to say HAPPY BIRTHDAY to our buddy Mel.

Oh my, oh my! Finished the clam chowder. Let it sit for the past hour then couldn't resist and couldn't wait for the family to come down after Soccer. Ummm Ummm good. One of the better batches I have made.

Y'all don't know what you are missing - or do you?

Hello EyePhoto,

This is Ed Rairie, RVM #177. Just wanted to say congratulations on your last day of Chemo!!! I had my last day this past May, and am now in remission. On a Maintenance Treatment Program where I go in to the Chemo Room and get a treatment once every second month for the next 24 months.
Haven't met you but wanted to send best wishes!!!

Scrimshaw.

Very nice. Is it real ivory? Illegal in some places. Better have a certificate of approval.
Most likely it is not ivory but a sperm whale tooth, or similar. Could be a Walrus tusk.

Okay, what is it?

We were very lucky in that only money was taken. Can you imaging stealing your identity. That is a real nightmare.

The cards I carry can be “locked “ instantly, by pushing a button on a phone app. In future, I will carry DL, one card, and emergency cash, in a little pocket attached to my phone. All other data, is already stored on my phone, or available on my cloud. Buh bye purse.

Well, every credit company has an app. You can search for the exact app, on the App Store, or go to the Credit Co website for the app. My company has a button to “lock” or unlock the card, or bank account. It saves me the hassle of closing the account and getting a completely new card. It also has the “get me a new card - this one is lost/stolen” option. I like it’s instant stress relief. I also keep certain info in my “Wallet “ like SS cards, Medicare Cards, Birth Certificate, Voter ID, Insurance Cards...”. One can also photo the cards, and keep in a separate file.

The app that I use for various cards is called “Wallet Guard”. Free, safe, and easy.
