Now that makes sense, I'd agree with that.

Surreptitiously inspected by me, I seem the weary trailer to be quite sound, maybe not at 70mph, but dandy for Q.

Early 70s Datsun pickup bed. My uncle had a '73, it's probably still on the road today, they just ran forever.

The Tale of the Traveling Suspenders!

Once upon a time, in Michigan, my pants fell off. A trip to Walmart provided new jeans that fit.

By the time I reached Wisconsin, a repeat performance was performed by the new jeans.

A lovely fella in Duluth gave me a really nice pair of suspenders. Red white and blue patriotic! They match the Blupmobile!

I tried them on. I looked exactly like Curly, the rotund one of the Three Stooges. Suspenders now relegated to a rear corner of the truck.

Upon my arrival in Quartzsite, I discovered a “free” table, where one could donate unwanted items. Suspenders sent to the table.

2.5 weeks later, having once again complained about my falling pants, Barb suggests that I try a bungee cord. Experimentation found the precise fit in a bright green bungee. Problem solved!

My lovely workmate sent her son to my camp with a gift for me. In his hand, were my beloved suspenders. PoP.Click image for larger version
