We add our congratulations Tom & Jan...

Our only hope for an upgrade is to install one of those navigator seats that also serve as a commode... You have probably seen pictures of those...

In the meantime, there are TREES everywhere... It's an Arkie thing...

As usual, we've been quiet, but we want to report on our recent activities. We got back from our Midwest trip, including the GC in Michigan. We dodged storms, recent hurricane damage and the usual traffic irritations and finally got back to our condo in Clearwater, Florida on Halloween afternoon. It was a very long trip, but mostly enjoyable.

During the past few trips we had come to agree that we definitely wanted a coach with 1 1/2 baths. It may seem silly, and of course in a larger view it is. Still, it's what we wanted, so we determined to try to make it happen.

OOPS! it happened. We found a beautiful 2008 Newmar Mountain Aire with 41,000 miles. We got it home today, Saturday (11/24). We had to transfer all of the junk I usually carry around in the bays to the new rig, and that took a lot of time and effort. We are about worn out at this point, but we will get into organizing and customizing pretty soon.

We're looking forward to getting out next season, and of course visiting with some Mutants too.

Jan has all of the pictures on her phone, so we will get them posted maybe tomorrow.

Meanwhile all Mutants stay safe.

Tom

I understand, i didnt want the half bath, Larry did. I am so glad we did....
Mainly cause when we got the 1/2 bath, I got a residential refrigerator...

Don't I remember that Tim cut down the trees, or was it just the jumping tree.

You might want to do a fly-by Richard and see if it is still okay for you Might be a mad dash for the wood-line.

Mark me down as a "Me Too" on the request. The only major downfall with Firefox is the inability of posting between pictures.

Even on the mobile app..... when I want a space between pictures, just hit enter/return a few times to get blank lines.....

Carefully!

Well, okay, many renditions on the Internet.
Sausage and Egg main ingredient.
Hard boil the egg, but a soft boil if you are going to fire up the grill right away (after chilling). Cutting into it with a soft boil give a little runny yolk which is a nice touch.

Sausage: any type you like. In this case I used Jimmy Dean's Hot sausage. Sausage in casings can be used, just take the casings off.

Mix any ingredients and spices you want into the sausage.

Place a meatball size of mixed sausage on a piece of plastic wrap, fold the end over, squash down and roll out to about a 4" round patty. Put the hard boiled egg in the middle and fold the sausage up around it, covering it thoroughly.

Egg wash, flour, egg wash, Panko. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours. I did it for overnight.

You don't have to use a grill but cook it anyway you want at about 350˚F. I put the Traeger on 375˚ and after 15 minutes I turned the Scotch Eggs over for another 15 minutes or until the internal temperature of the sausage near the egg reaches 165˚

You can deep fry them also.

Will that work for you?

Ten pages down, now all caught up. Last trip was to see family in Jeff city, MO, then to Silver Dollar City to see the lights, then to Dallas with more family, for Turkey day. Tonight, sleeping in St. Louis, at home.

When i first started on here, all of my photos ran together making it a stream, So i figured out after you attach a photo you add a line, but you cannot do it if you upload all ofyour photos at once.
