Re: Martin's response (are we & the Miners the only ones who have one?), we carried our fryer in the basement & brought it in to use.

He loves the French fries ours makes, especially the fact that our fryer has a tilt option. He's also made beef stroganoff and I've done chicken pieces. It won't hold a whole bird unless it's Cornish hens, though.

HTH!

Cheers!
Sue

Jeff you must remember the majority of the mutants have enough hot air to fry a whole cow, no special pot needed!

Ok, I give. Someone explain what an air fryer is, and what fried air tastes like. I could google it but I bet this way is more fun.

Hi Barb,

An air fryer is just another name for a convection oven, but most of the new ones are in a cute little (????????????LITTLE??????????) housing. They actually work quite well. They bake, fry, roast, whatever you need. The fried air is sometimes tasty, but you need to let it cool first.

We cook breakfast sausage in ours, but it is really good for reheating foods that tend to get soggy (like french fries and bread).

We really like ours and have ordered a smaller one to keep permanently in the coach.

That's not all I know but it should be enough.

Tom

Dwayne and Shara, please let Ray and Jan know that your alert to RVMdom will be spread to all, and that RVM Ohms are flowing very strong.
Our love and prayers are on the way!

I guess you needed a wake up call.

So looking forward to seeing you and Marcia in Arizona. Need another evening of just chat and single malt and enjoyment.
