Don't even like BBQ sauce on chicken wings. That's just me.

Pulled pork is not pulled pork without the being North Carolina pulled pork

Something like this:

1/2 cups apple cider vinegar.

3/4 cup ketchup.

1 tablespoon Worchestershire sauce.

4 teaspoons (packed) dark brown sugar.

2 teaspoons kosher salt.

1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes.

1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard.

Mmm good when Earlene makes it.

You may have had some at the MIGC

Maybe Queen Ann needs to bring some of those rubbed ribs on over!

Yep! We watch it with you. It keeps growing and growing and growing. Are you vying for my title?

Wayne beat me to it. I was going to say Tim was watching his weight by keeping it out there in front where he could keep an eye on it...

I've been wondering that too. I eat bits of it before saucing, but haven't served it thataway.

My attempt at a haiku, a gift for y'all:

S%#w outside the pane;
Fireplace glows inside the house.
Air conditioning.

This was shared with me 40 years ago by a friend who grew up in Shreeveport, Louisiana.... have no idea its origins... but I like it....

It is in my notebook of favorite recipes, which did not get packed, but got to ride with me... while waiting for the house/home....
