For those that aren’t on the RVM email list. We are planning a GC in Quartzsite AZ for later this month. If you'd like to get the info let me know and I'll cc you the posts.

The next time could be you, me, and 7 girls.
Only a couple more days to go.

Sorry for the delay in this particular post - telling you more about us. I am still trying to find my way around the posts here and how it works. I think I have it down, but who knows? Anyway, about us:
We are full timers, starting our 3rd year. Before that, we started RVing part time back on the east coast, where we spent most of our adult lives. We moved to Missouri about 5 years ago to start the transition/get ready to go full time (and to cut down cost of living from the way high expenses in MD). We have since sold everything, though we have a small storage room for a few things.
We travel in a 36’ Thor Miramar, piloted by my DH, Don, but presided over by Sami, our Queen feline. She calls a good deal of the shots here! We have been all over the country and for the past 3 years have spent winters here in AZ, this year the majority of it in Quartzsite and El Centro in March.
I enjoy this lifestyle to the max. I still w--k part time (computer support) and Don is retired. Sami is just Queen. I do lots of crafty things, enjoy reading and hiking and kayaking (though we left our kayaks behind this time around the left side of the country). I am a restless wanderer (Mutanistic even!) and rarely sit still (I fidget a lot), love birds and flowers and nature and will get distracted by any of those in the middle of a sentence. I am feisty, love to laugh, soft-hearted and am ready with broom and dustpan (and mop and bucket if need be!) for my duties as the newest RVM.

Har! Yes, a mutant may use the expression "Squirrel!" in that case. Refer to The Ancient Scrolls.
I do it a lot. The problem then is remembering what the heck I was talking about before. [emoji57]
Cheers!

We've got some news to share with you all. Just yesterday we got an offer for our place in Idaho. We did a counter offer and they accepted. So here's to a good inspection! One never knows on an older home. It is a young couple newly married last year.
Di, hope yours sells soon too.

Deb and Dale, congratulations on your pending deal. Hopefully its contagious and Di and Larry's home catches the fever.
The RV Tech is coming today for our inverter?? problems.
Have heard nothing about the car from the dealer so that is good news. He said he'd call if things aren't going as planned.

Hello fellow Mutants! It seems we have a "recruit alert" looming. ?
I see on TOT "Monacoach" is asking about such things!
I'll go ahead and reveal the two grueling requirements....
"Monacoach", you must one; name one or two things your RV does NOT have but you don't miss.....and two; declare for the world to see- "the journey IS the destination!"
Can you do it, can you?

I'll try not to scare you all too much but here, in New Orleans, Wayne has found himself a new tutu.
