I see on TOT "Monacoach" is asking about such things!
I'll go ahead and reveal the two grueling requirements....
"Monacoach", you must one; name one or two things your RV does NOT have but you don't miss.....and two; declare for the world to see- "the journey IS the destination!"

Can you do it, can you?
My slide toppers disintegrated and I don't miss them. Retirement journey is looming

Ok, so this is a thread killer and we'll give him a little help.

Requirements.
1) Name something your coach dosn't have and you don't miss.

You named slide toppers, good answer.

2) Make the verbatim statement, " The Journey is the Destination " .

You made some off the wall comment about retirement Trying to be helpful I spelled out the proper statement so you can copy and paste if needed!

Take your time, study if needed, but try the second requirement once again!

R U a Mutant

Good morning Mutants.
So I guess the secret is out, if you FB. We bought a house in Mattoon Illinois this week. It's minutes away from our DD and youngest Grandson Gabe. It will require some love and $$ to get it back into reasonable shape, should end up with a nice place.

The other thing going on is my blood pressure is super high and so far meds aren't helping. See a specialist today, will keep you posted. I delayed our exit out of town and made Doc appointments instead. Didn't think getting out to the desert and having a health issue would be a good idea.

Our plans our jello, pretty much day to day. Best guess wont make it out to Q, sorry Barb. Jackie says we will make to the Texas GC in April, will do our best to be there. At some point I have to disassemble our Onan generator snd see why it died. Without it boondocking out in Q would be short lived anyway.

I am a huge Anne Rice fan and can show you whereeach book was weitten.... also take a bit, but the plantation homes on the road to Baton Rouge are worth seeing. To include Oak Alley which was also in Gone With the Wind.... one if the Pontalba Aprtments is also open for tour... Ďand son kived in a shotgun house out by Tulane.... when I was a kid, my mothers sister lived 1/2 block off Bourbon st... worked at a paint store then she moved to Tampa.... i thought she was a super lady to do all if that in the 1950ís..... so much to do, so many great foods... my first mocha was at the grocery down past the beignets.... Larry and I stayed in one if the b&b houses in the Garden district.... never been to Mardis Gras, but did St Pat day with a hurricane, once tipped a male stripper in a club that after talking found out he grew up in my hometown, his brother was my age..... good old NOLA, always a romantic city to me....

Go to sign closing on new place today, still havent sold old one....
