Don’t tell Tim that during the 2017 eclipse farmers in Oregon were charging $300 to allow RVers to boondock in their fields for up to 5 nights. $300 flat, not $60/night. No amenities.

This is an event everyone should plan to view!

Well Richard I do think I could get 20-30 RVs in the pasture pretty easy. No water, no electricity and no sewer but plenty of cow chips for tossing and campfires! A 40x60 pole barn for rallie events and suitable size tractor and tow chain to pull coaches and toads in the event of rain! The field sometimes gets a little muddy

We do haveA horse so I'm thinking of calling it Tim and Mary's Dude Ranch and RV resort. $100 per night of course we will offer mutant discounts and require background checks as well as pictures of coaches over 5 years old and mutants over 50.

Sign up early!

So I guess I would have to send a picture of my 88 beaver

I was thinking that Cathrines Landing would be more like it. And thay are probably cheaper then Tim and Mary’s Dude Ranch and RV park! But Tim can host it there, as he’s got lots of experience and knows the area better then any Mutant.

Saw Papaw Steve's message about the mobility scooter. Carol said she gave up and we bought her one of the folding ones at the Q show. Fits in the back seat nicely. Bought a grille cover to keep it clean. Now if we ever get to FL she and Steve can drag race...

Those "bolded" words above give me some reason of concern. I'm not a lawyer but i'd like better wording.

Also, I saw Tim's post and he is just as unreasonable as always.

Sure, I can break it all down for you:

Translation to "TEXAN" language:

You send me money, I return NOTHING!

You can enjoy the warm cozy feeling that you contributed to my retirement..

I know he knows the area better than any other Mutant, but are we sure he knows anything else?

I just love the way this banter is going. Seems like Pick-On-Tim day.
