A recent visitor, Carl?

I watch a few shows via online streaming to my iPad. The TV at the foot of the bed hasnít been used in years. At first Sena would turn it on. It was just normal to have it on for background noise.

Yea, recent visitor. Keeps looking for food. Stupid state won't control them so they wander about. I put bungee cords on my garbage can to keep him out and caught him two weeks ago *standing* and trying to pry open the can!!! I spooked him off.

That picture was from 2 days ago. He showed up and I went outside and started snapping shots. After a bit I shooed him off and he runs off into the woods someplace.

I doubt it would work with bears but I found a neat trick for keeping deer out my garden. I string monofilament fishing line between bamboo stakes. Itís only about a foot high and 4í back from the edge of the goodies. It works! I protected my tomatoes with it and the unprotected rose bush 10í away became half its size one night.

This will explain it

Yea, he's 187. Not sure what number they start at but that seems like there are a lot of them!

The one standing two weeks ago had no tag, but it was kinda big like this guy so I'm wondering if they're one and the same. If I watched the local news I might know more about sightings but I have enough of my own

So, if the stupid state won't control them, who's tagging them and why?

Bears are tagged by the State Fish & Wildlife officers. But in CT they migrate 100s of miles, to VT etc.
They donít control bears. They tag to know their migration habits.
Sad that they have learned nothing from Tim. The bears, that is

Tv.... mostly leave it, watch some movies, but Larry loves his tv... me, I am sitting here listening to music with my earbuds...

Some folk will call the state and have the bears removed I guess. Dave is probably right that they use the tags to track their migrations. But they will pick up the bears and drag them to some state forest.

Now here's the ugly part - don't read on if you don't like ugly. A year or two ago they found the state was piling up the carcasses of bears in some forest. It was pretty disgusting but of course, no one was held responsible and the mess was cleaned up.

Sorry, it's really not that far to VT, maybe 100 miles to get well into VT, but all the NE states are pretty small and close together...not like that wild west where it takes an hour to get to a gas station.

What I've learned today,
Moose dosnt like Tv but will go to the end of the earth to get Irene Dish.
Carl is to cheap to buy Boko and Mac cable, but thinks I train bears.
Di drinks her Budweiser through her ears! Must be a Florida thing.
Barb fishes for deer with bamboo and monofilament line.
Martin has a keen eye for ear jewelry, Did you hear that Sue?
Wayne is Wayne and he's what you make of him.
