They had a nice place in Cherokee Village which they sold so they could move close to Grand Kids in Santa Clarita California.

Sorry Barb, didn't come your way, I 40 too far North.

OH it gets cold here, just not so much in the deer stands. A small propane Buddy Heater keeps it nice and toasty. When hunting with GS he often finds himself bundled up nice and cozy and falling asleep. He says I sleep sometimes too!

That is 194 miles East of where we are right now. We are in Cave Springs, come on down.

Are you going to travel in the MH?

This pic is of the fire above Salida CO on September 22. It was 900 acres then.
The wind has helped it grow to almost 4000 acres now, and folks are being evacuated from those hills above Salida.
Dang!

You guys cheat! Yer s'posed to get cold out hunting! Using a heater is right in line w/ glamping!

So the deal is, I've got something for yer cold tootsies, but I think you have to go stalking to appreciate them. Maybe Jeff will have to put in a bid. Doesn't he do *real* hunting? <run, duck, hide>

Yep Jeff is certainly a real hunter, complete with cabin and wooden bar stocked with Canadian Whiskey. Some guys really know how to suffer!
On the other hand with proper tootsies covered I might become a great stalker! I don't know why, but that just didn't sound right.

One of the bad reasons of going West. We turned back twice on the 101 in CA 'cause of forest fires.
