The fumes from plastic contains toxic chemicals so next time do something different. Think of a brand of Duck Tape.

Don't want you to get any higher on that different type of smoke.

Steve & Mary Ann, we've been thinking of you constantly ever since we heard the news, doing our best to send love & support. I imagine all of Mutantdom is doing the same.

Siding with Wayne!
Wayne puts off more toxic fumes than those chairs, have you not ever set beside him following a meal?

LP tank finally fixed

About a week ago, we got our LP tank filled at a campground in MI. When the guy went to remove the fill line, the tank valve kept letting the gas back out. He was finally able to remove it and put on the plastic cap ( after about half a tank of gas escaped). Unfortunately, nothing we could do until the tank was empty. Finally ran out in western OK 2 days ago. Headed for Amarillo TX for 2 days & found a place there that could replace it. When they checked it, the valve had some debris lodged in it, probably from the gas hose in MI. They cleaned it out & only charged $10 labor. After they replaced it, they said let's drive over here and put some gas in to test it.l

And now, as Paul Harvey would say, is "the rest of the story".

Got inside and started the coach...well, actually tried to start the coach...nothing. No grind, no click, no nothing. Tried the booster start, nothing. Tried my portable booster, nothing. Tried 2 different jump starts, still nothing. Started OK that morning and at the gas stop, but now...nothing. Finally decided to try to put the Mustang battery (since it was nice and handy on the trailer and all) in it. Took a little fiddling to get everything connected OK. Success. Got the LP gas, valve worked fine. Got to the campground OK. Went to Autozone today for a new battery. Clerk tested the old one, said it tested OK, full charge, good condition...except...the cranking amps were way down from what they should be. So, new battery. Big difference. The old battery was bought and installed about 3 years ago at a rest stop from a mobile service tech after that coach battery (came with the coach) died the same way then.

Sue, I'm always right, just like Martin. If you don't believe me ask Earlene, or better yet, ask me.

Not to do what? You have done a lot of things that others would say you shouldn't do, right?
