Nope, it’s Bob the Builder, Barb the buyer, planner (with Bob's help), lousy painter and gopher.

Another milestone at Notta Ranch today! Connie’s form fitting insulation arrived this afternoon. She will shrink again once we get it installed. It's foam that is contoured to match her corrugations with studs embedded about every 22”. There are channels that allow wiring and pex to run thru it. It gets glued in place with triple strength construction adhesive. I bought enough for the walls and ceiling. This should be fun!

I suspect Bob, Lily and I will be covered in styrofoam snow for a while. Sena is not allowed in the construction area due to her fondness for getting into everything.

Ok, my two cents worth on this construction. Might try using a razor knife and snapping what's not cut. I'm assuming paneling will be covering the raw edges. Insulated a cabin with just sheets of styrofoam many years ago. Paneling covered up a lot of imperfections. Time was a big issue for us so we took a quick route. Test it on scrap peace first, if it doesn't work, blame it on Wayne!

Hopefully the insulation will arrive tomorrow. You can see a sample on the left. It’s formed to match the corrigations of the exterior walls and is held in place with glue. The black bars are the embedded studs in the styrofoam panels.
It’s now getting so I can see us actually living inside.

How exciting to see your vision coming closer to reality! I am so impressed w/ what the 2 of you have accomplished together. Mutant Kudos!

Alex for the win, what does Dave call the mud flap that has the name of the MH manufactor on it called?
