The Ospreys came to visit again yesterday. Not the birds, the military hybrid plane/helicopters. They come from the Marine Air Corps base in Yuma and do take off and landing practice on the old airfield about 1/2 mile west of us. Since I usually go out and wave to them, they fly right over us as they leave. Very cool!
Pic #2 We were looking due south this morning at this weird cloud formation. If you look at the bottom you can see the train that is about a mile south. It eventually turned into scattered clouds, but I’ve never seen anything like this, anywhere.

On the right side? It's just the sky underneath a big limb on the far side of the tree. Looks like some fuzzy stuffed writer's head, doesn't it?

PM me the email address you want to use and I'll add you - don't forget to ask for my theme song when you do finally get the group email.

I thought it was a albino squirrel like we have in our back yard.

Looking forward to being with you two again.

Hello Mutant World! I just wanted to pass on some sad news. Janice passed away a week ago today from a heart attack. I should have posted this sooner, but been pretty busy with everything. We're having services for her tomorrow. If you're remotely inclined, please keep her in your thoughts and prayers.
Thank you

Oh Ed, I'm so sad to hear this. She was such a gentle soul. I enjoyed the time we spent together. Please know she, and you, are in my thoughts and prayers.
