All I could think of was how much pain they went through to get to that skill level. No thanks, I don't like pain, especially with my 800lb bike

I was going to post a similar picture but Bob beat me to it. This is the new storm door Bob made for the storage room on Connie. Actually it’s a used door that I bought for $25 and Bob the Builder made it work. Now we can leave the 500# cargo door open and not have furry critters visiting at night.
Bob is a genius!

Exactly! Nice soft landing though.
I knew a guy who had a Road King and with a very slight downward slope he could get a running start and pop a wheelie. Quite a site for a Road King.

I tend toward the Harry Potter view of humanity. Three-quarters of us are good, kind, helpful people -- Gryffindor, Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff -- and the other quarter actively works against that -- Slytherin. Trouble is, most people who are Slytherins don't think they are Slytherins.
Now where did I leave my magic wand?

Hello Mutants! I have been told that it’s well past time for me to jump in and join y’all. (Sue can be quite the nudge )
My name is Cheryl and my other half of 33 years is John. We have the distinct honor of being friends with Chuck and Sara and with Sue and Martin. I have the privilege of having met Wayne and Earline and, most recently, Dave and Nola. I feel as though I know most of you because I have been a lurker for quite some time now, so shall come into the light as it were.
We currently live in a fifth wheel at 5 flags in Pensacola. We have been here longer than originally planned, but it’s all good. I still do that earning a living thing, John is retired. We are both Navy veterans.
I declare that the journey is the destination. I had a hard time thinking of any one thing I don’t miss about our old sticks and bricks— so I guess I’ll just say our rig has no washer or dryer and I don’t miss them at all.

At first glance your requirements looked good but then you started dropping names. And the names you dropped have certainly raised some eyebrows. Regardless welcome to the group, hope to meet you in person.

Welcome to the insanity, Cheryl! It’s good to have you come out of Lurkerville. Watch your inbox for some information from me about other ways we communicate and a copy of the RVM lexicon.
One of the official number assignor’s should be along soon to present you your very own RVM number.

Ta da! Welcome JohnCheryl, although I know you as Cheryl, & John as John. Now that you have passed the most rigorous, hazardous entry exam, & been deemed worthy, you know the routine: Di (Keeper of the Lusts) will come along w/ a number, Barb (Keeper of Sena, the Official Mascot) will share our other means of communication, & the most recent newbie will (gladly) pass along the broom & dustpan.
Welcome! You will soon take your esteemed place amongst Mutants & Mlurkers!
Cheers!
Sue

Boy am I slow off the mark! By the time I saw Cheryl's application/admission petition & reminded her what would happen next, y'all had already gone & done it.
My excuse? We were out w/ Dave & Nola finding Jesse's Restaurant in Magnolia Springs, AL, & driving down a couple of lovely scenic roads. Took the long way home.
