Bob,
Nice work on the door. I begrudgingly have to state that it will be about another 3 weeks before we get to pass muster on it in person.
The eye I thought was doing so well after surgery is giving our specialist some consternation and he has given me a prescription for a cream that will cause the unexpected swelling that is happening to go down and he wants to see me in two weeks to make sure all is well.
JohnCheryl welcome to the nut house and we all appreciate the recommendations from such august mutants as what recommended you. Being you met Wayne I don't have to explain to you not to ask him to play his theme song for you.
Barb, the picture of Lillie sniffing the flower is priceless. You should print that out and hang it in Connie as a piece of Art.

R U an RV Mutant too?
Welcome Cheryl and John. I do remember you. As you know from that encounter I’m the nice, shy, friendly and likable one of the group. When you get the other means of communications we do, be sure to ask for my theme song.
Everyone loves it and wants to keep it for themselves.

I wish there wasn’t that roll of blue pex in the background. Maybe I can commission a talent watercolor artist to create some real artwork out of it.
Wait ... artwork on walls? What's that??? I’ve lived in a small RV for almost 9 years. I'm not sure I’ll know what to do with walls that actually have room to hang anything that isn’t a necessity on them.

For Dave and Nola and anyone else that has had these when they come to visit. If you have not come to visit, you can't get them.
Texas Apple Fritters in our community.
I just ate one for lunch - trust me, it is all one can eat for lunch. Couple pads of butter on top and 45 seconds in microwave makes a delicious meal.

Need to sample a couple dozen of these... Now I see why the Mr Round is an acquired habit.

Well, I did "intake" one of them today, but usually when I go to that bakery I get kolaches for myself. Jalapeno and cheese or boudain kolaches ar so good.

We had a Mutantacious visit from Deb and Dale yesterday. They stopped by to see us on their way from Phoenix to Yuma. I really wouldn’t call it a mini-C as no food was involved and the visit was brief. It sure was fun seeing them again! Sorry, no PoP. Nobody thought about it.

Apple fritters have been my favorite ever since I was a kid. Those pics triggered an immediate drool response. Yummmmm.

Well I guess first, a welcome to John and Cheryl or Cheryl and John or however it is? I, was once in your position as a newbie with my dear Janice, however, she decided to pass on and is now in a much better place. This is actually a very nice group to get to know, however, be careful as they can sometimes get out of hand! Just kidding!!!
Now about those apple fritters, they almost look as good as the ones my bakery makes here in Southern Calinfornia.

First to Mike:
They are to drool for. I was full all day long just eating one of them.
Second to Ed:
Come on down! Weather is good and food is better with Apple Fritters for desert. The test is in the taste so come on down.
