Today was back zapping day, or more accurately, radio frequency ablation of the medial nerves at L2/3 and L3/4. It took 4 months to jump thru all the hoops to see this pain specialist in Yuma. I last had it done in June, but in Edmonds, WA. I was able to get off all pain medication, but the nerves grew back.

Tomorrow I’ll go back to Yuma for a seminar on an implanted stimulator for back pain control. I had another company’s device implanted about 15 years ago that was a disaster, but I’m hoping the technology has been drastically improved.

Well, today I tackled the yahoo mail problem of not being able to log on. I queried AT&T on "forgot user ID," and got a list of my IDs. They were exactly what I had but every time I tried to log in I would get redirected to the AT&T log-in pop-up and it would not work. Tried mail.yahoo.com to no good at all.


Well seems one needs to find a browser that is compatible and in my case it was Chrome. Then log into ATT.NET (Yep NET) Click the sign-in and I had to then jump through hoops to reset my password but all is well.


Darn Dennis - you removed the group to soon. I would have like to see what mischief I could have gotten into.


Took about two hours with the ATT support person.

When doctor offices give me the questionair to fill out, under sex I put "Yes."

Depending on "my mood," I'll sometimes write other items in that space or off to the side.

It is funny that they have that question right next to "Gender," and unlike Larry I always check the "Male" box, unless I don't know.
