Well, why knot?
Bob, I’ve searched the RV Mutant Archives, even back beyond the hieroglyphics, even before the petroglyphs buried under Funck & Wagnoles back porch, and the TV show Bob the Builder was not created until 2015, while RVM Bob was created sometime before Wayne was Round.
And now, being that RVMdom was created on April 14, 2013, (the 7th anniversary is next month!!!!), I believe that I have the POWER (vested in me by.....ME!) as the RV Mutant Grand Poobah.
Therefore and howsomever, I blurt the title of Bob The Builder upon Bob. Thus, Bob, tis yourn if’n y’all are acceptable to it. And have a safe trip home!

GP

"The telling" may have something to do with hair color.
Oops! Sorry Mary.

Someone has to much time on their hands.
Nice photos.
Idea: Why don't you walk to the end of that road in the first picture. It would do you, and us, good. Hee hee! (It's the Devil again.)

Ok, you made me do it:
I've grown ordinary okra -- it isn't shy about being spiny. Therefore the spineless variety is all that's grown in my garden these days.
Well, I thought it was funny. Sheesh, what a body has to go through to get a laugh.
I don't do standup, either.

Had to do some welding today. 14 ga metal which is pretty thin and easy to blow through with a welder if not careful. Yesterday I was buttering up my son to drop by and do the final welds as they will be the most noticeable and need to look good. I was meet with the same BS I've used on my boys about doing your best, your better than you think you are, you can do it! So I had 6 welds, 3 on each of two boxes, a top a right side and the one everyone will see as they drive up to my house. Did tops with pretty good looking welds, as were the right sides but you guessed it, hole blew thru on the noticeable side on both poles and the more I tryed the bigger the mess got. So lots of grinding and several coats of paint and possibly a bush planted near post!

Sue confession, I did chuckle but I wasn't sure I was supposed to so I choose my words carefully cause you, are one of the few mutants, I don't want to make fun of. I actually do know know what kind of okra I grow. When we had a garden every year I just dried out pods for next year seeds.
Now if that remark had come from Dum and Dumer I would have had a completely different reply!

I went into Yuma today to run "essential" errands - the bank, medical lab to give blood and urine, the post office, Lowe’s, Sam’s Club, and finally Walmart outside grocery pick up.
I was surprised by the low numbers of people in every place except the Post Office. Sam’s was pretty much in stock of everything except TP, paper towels, size large nitrile gloves and hand sanitizer. Really people???isn't it time to stop hoarding????
More surprising was the lack of traffic on the way home. It usually takes about 10 minutes to get through the border patrol inspection station, but today I drove right up and went right through. The 55 miles that I drove on the highway I only passed one car, two passed me. Typically , both numbers would be in the 40-50 vehicle range.
Arizona governor Ducey issued a stay at home order effective at 5 pm tomorrow. Everywhere I went today it’s on the list of essential businesses so my life is not likely to change an awful lot because of this.
I bought some berry bushes today at Sam’s. I guess that means I’m going to stay here with this summer because they will need daily water during the hottest part of the summer. I was hoping this insanity would be over by July but now it’s looking to be a long, long, long time before we get back to some sense of normalcy.
I know a lot of people are really spooked by this virus. About a third of the people I ran into in the store had masks or gloves are both on. From what I’m reading, they’re probably not helping themselves but if it makes them feel better, that’s OK. I always take a shopping cart from out in the sun shine. I know no virus can live very long in the sun on a hard surface like a shopping cart handle.
Y’all stay safe, but don’t let this spook you. We'll get through this!
