Doing well and staying pretty much isolated. We are currently hiding behind C.J.s RV Service east of Yuma until about Thursday, then back to the campground for the rest of April. The May hobby related event I attend every year (actually I started the darn thing in 1981 and ran it until we went full time) has been postponed until September so there's no need to head back to Indiana until it just gets too darn hot here. Even then we may just go farther north in AZ for a bit.

Speaking of north - Moose aren't you actually South of that other Mutant or did I misunderstand where your park is?

We are isolated here on our hill behind closed gate. Us, the cows, chickens, dog and the horse. Speake occasionally with neighbors across the barbwire fence and limited trips to WM.

Had a scare just this morning, shortness of breath, broke out in sweat a little light headed. Mary wasn't sure what to do, but luckily my medical training helped me keep calm and sort thru the symptoms. I determined it was simply a reaction to bending over to tie my shoes. Alls good now.

Both of us fat and healthy, we just miss our kids and grands. Been a long time without one or two of them racing to jump in my chair.

Well I guess you didn't start wearing shoes till you was a teenager.

I use to hunt with a old boy that swears he hadn't seen pavement till he was 16. He grew up down in Di's old neck of the woods. LA (lower Arkansas).

With only two campgrounds and one major east west highway divining us you would think the probability of getting north and south properly oriented would be quite easy. Now y'all know why we have a couple of GPS units on the go at all times.

I'll bet that will be one big relief. You'll probably loose 15 pounds with one swooooosh!

Hey I come by it naturally. My great great grandfather left Vicenza Italy eons ago headed for southern California. When he arrived in North America he spent the rest of his life in Nobel Ontario. That has to tell you something??

Well, he's not known as the great POOBAH for nothing.
We're still hanging out in Anchors Aweigh til the 15th. Campground emptied out a lot at the end of last month, with all the trailers being towed into the storage lot. It's a bust on all our anticipated outings like to the beach and those great seafood restaurants. All we go out for now is once a week to Walmart.

Paula & Jim living in our park model in Yuma,Arizona. Still quite a few
people here in the park. And lots of dogs for Phoebe to play with.
Living right on the dog park means we can get out in the sun, stand around and talk. Weather is great,in the 80's. We are healthy with
no threats in the park.
Be safe out there.

Dateland Qasis RV park is 2 miles east of the exit......after you exit, head south to the old highway where you have to turn left or right.....turn left....
