Oh we read it lol. We are def RV mutants. I had been studying rv life for 2 yrs. You tube, forums etc. November 2019 we took the leap and bought a 1993 Jayco Eagle class c. We were tired of paying rent. Hated all our "stuff" and hated the 9-5. We are both veterans. Amanda Airforce and I the Army. So we sold everything and donated what we couldn't sell. Put what we could in the RV packed up all 3 pups and left for Utah. I had accepted an offer out here with my company. 5 glorious days. Then bam dreams shattered. Utah camp parks don't allow more than 2 dogs and your RV can't be older than 10 yrs old. So we ended up renting an apartment. Sad and angry. No videos or forums prepared us for so many campgrounds requesting pictures of our rig to determine if we could stay there longer than 2 weeks. So since March we have gutted the RV and Kovu is almost put back together.

MJ and Amanda, just be warned that anything said about me is mostly untrue. Especially if it comes from Arkansas.

Welcome, and if you want to join us RVMutants take the test, it's easy. Just study hard, being AF and AR and all. I know it will be tough.

First, Wayne thinks everywhere not within 100 yards of him is Arkansas. Nuff Said.
Marines are always Marines unless you are chatting about Earlene the beautiful (also a Marine) but that is another story.

If you wanna get your own RVM number just explain to everyone just what your RV doesn't have that you don't miss anyhow and state "the journey is the destination" and viola you will be given a number.

That said never believe anything, Carl, Wayne, Tim, Dennis, the other Dennis, Richard, Jeff, Dave, the other Dave, the other other Dave; actually it would be easier to tell you don't believe any of the blowhards in this group, and not all the women are above reproach either.

anyway if you chose to attempt joining just realize we are all crazy and enjoy being thus. Welcome.

And what makes it even better is you're a blond.

Give Valerian our best. Maybe next year will allow for a Florida visit.

Glad he is on that cheat list again. You keep doing whatever tantalizing thing you do to keep him smiling.

Welcome MJ and Amanda.
We are Jim & Paula, way out in Yuma,Az. Where it is in the 80's today,
so mostly cool. Heading up to 90's & 100's for the weekend.

Staying isolated and safe for now. Glad you found us. We will have a
gathering after the pandemic is history.

Prayers & OOMS for those needing them.

I have a question for Paula. Now Mary mentioned weeks ago making a quarantine quilt. She figured she would sew one square a day while in lock down. But, she didn't have the right thread, didn't have enough fabric, we couldn't get out to get any, it rained one day, it was too nice to be inside another, we had to watch the cows, the chickens put in a garden ans more and more and more.

So my question to Paula, have you quilted any lately?

Tim and Mary. Paula has not gotten the gumption yet. Mostly just
clean up and sort, boxing and moving to make w&%k room. But she has
all the thread and cloth to get started. Soon....maybe soon.

Well with 80s going to 100s I don't guess there's a hurry.

Wlel cnocernig the lrage nmuebr of vsiotrs to are tread it was sgugseded they mihgt be from the opostie sdie of the wrold.

I remember when my son was in Korea he taught English. His students were told to read any English conversations they could find to better understand our word patterns. There may be hundreds of young students growing up to speak like mutants!

Hi. Thanks for the welcome. You all are great people already. I'm so glad I found this group. My grandparents Charlie and Sue go out to Yuma every year in their fifth wheel. I hope to join them next year. Maybe we'll meet. Have a great day
