I've eaten rattlesnake, and well it taste like chicken. Chicken with lots of bone. You have to jump fast, every time we cooked it by the time a got through the serving line all the legs were gone. Nothing left but the neck.

Had canned rattlesnake once. Canned in tomato sauce. It might have tasted like chicken if we'd cleaned off the sauce first.
