I can't find any nice/good/exciting villages up that-a-way - but wait - that's true of all Canada, eh?

We mustn't judge all kritters by just one Moose.

in2008. We thought we could go south every winter and it would be great. We managed 2 winters south and 2 winters at home. Each winter I wore out 2 or 3 SNOW shovels. The only reason we stayed that long was it took 3 years to sell that house even at a great loss. Just sayin!

This is our year to test snow shovels. Boy am I glad I didn't give away those warm boots I was never going to need! Plenty of wool socks on hand, but not so much in the glove/mitten department.

We just want out of all the foolishness being created by the government. We looked at a couple of places just along the border and will come back in the spring to spend some time looking at our leisure. If I lose money its no big deal as we have been down that road too. One place had 2 bdrms and 2 two bathrooms and on its own land so I would gain there as you did. If they get to haul me outta there feet first I would take that as a win. Taxes for seniors is not as good as BC but we are hearing from James that that may soon disappear as they are hammering the peons with cash handouts and that's can't last.

Their prescription coverage is 100's of times better than BC so that should even out the taxation thing about equally. According to friends and relatives (sic Albertans) the waiting lists for procedures is no where near as BC's. BTW don't be surprised if we decide to visit you at a restaurant near you sometime in the next few weeks. Not much to do in Christina Lake but help with the ongoing renovations.

Give your wife a hug for us and Lexi a pat on the head, try not mixing them up again this time, OK?

I had a French buddy who was bragging about buying his wife a new Chevelle for Christmas.

I asked which model, SS or Malibu and he looked at me funny like and said no it was a Snow Chevelle.
