Tow vehicle to soon be available

Mary Ann and I are about to pull the trigger on a "serious" new car search. It's our intention to get a 2021 Buick Enclave to replace our 2015 Enclave.

We want to offer our fellow mutants and/or their other RV friends a crack at getting a well maintained TOW READY car. It is ready to attach to your MH and enjoy the road (all needed equipment is installed or is available to be installed when your ready to drag it around the country). Towable vehicles are getting more rare each year. BTW, the 2021 is not towable.

The 2015 has 130,000 miles on it. We have the maintenance log for it. It's only flaws are 1) a small chip in the windshield that has been dealt with thru Safelite repair and 2) a non-functioning rear A/C (we decided to replace the front A/C compressor only in 2020 to save close to $1,000. The cabin cooldown is still very adequate for the front 2 rows of passengers.) Tires are in great shape. Sirius Radio/navigation works just fine. MPG is 20 -23 on the highway. Leather interior.

The price will be somewhere between 14 & 17k depending on what we find out in our dealership car search. Original price was in the 50K+ range.

Let me know of any interest in this car. I have access to many of your phone numbers and/or email addresses already.

Got to ask, does it have the extra “Driver Ed.” Brake pedal on passenger side?

Is that what Mary presently has when she is a passenger?

Mary would actually be more interested in an additional accelerator pedal. She says I drive slow like some old man.

Nope, I'm more selective about who's behind the wheel.

I guess then that you've been lying to the girls for all these years claiming you've had a vasectomy.

Is the poof in the pudding?

Your phone the other night call was conspicuous by its absence and we will be traveling today so will be in and out of cell coverage so today would be a bad day to try to keep your commitments. Envy you the visitation time.

Put a floor or scissor jack under the starter and tie it with an old belt...

Easy trip today. No snow or rain, no problems, even made it through St. Louis road construction. Sitting in Effingham IL for 8 days then on to Indy area for 2 months.
Speaking of which...with all the past talk about "Infrastructure Week"...we hit road construction EVERY SINGLE DAY we drove this month. New lanes, new bridges, rebuilt or altered exit ramps...only had one detour though because the ramp we needed to take wasn't there any more (being rebuilt)...
Had Carmen dog at a dog run 2 days ago. Couple came in with 2 springer spaniels. Everyone got along and they even played chase some. One of the spaniels did the 'bow and bark' (let's play) thing...Carmen wasn't sure what to make of that because of the barking apparently. Getting her socialized to other dogs is going OK, other people is still going to take some time. Still shy with strangers.

Who was having the transmission problem?
I’ll need to know who to avoid!

Today is the day my NOLA BIL that was blown up here by Katrina is having his Shrimp boil!

This year it’s being held under a large banquet tent in SIL pasture. With 6 of my 9 GK there I’m thinking the pasture was a great choice!

Have a great day muties!

You'll feel right at home in a pasture, just wear your "itty" boots. Careful of the frisbee.

The last event held in this Pasture was a wedding. No cows, no horses or goats. At least none there anymore. When her last horse died she gave up on livestock of any kind.

Not supposed to get too hot. At the wedding I had suggested that the pasture would be a great place for this yearly event. I guess she agreed.

a pasture is just a big yard without livestock.
